Hiyah ladies! May I join? I restarted Cto5k during the Easter holidays and after a few repeat weeks, I'm now on the dreaded W5 R3. It's a hot one today and wasn't able to get out early enough this morning to run, so hoping for a cool down sometime after dinner to get out there. 🤞
I successfully completed the programme last summer, despite being many stones above my desired weight, but then turned into a complete slob in the winter months, lost all my progress, slipped into a depression, gained weight back, etc. So had to start from scratch again this year.
