Evening all!
Well done Ocelot!
So after the most drawn-out bedtime DS1 has ever had, I got downstairs to do my shred and could not get the bloody playstation to work!!! Bane of my life!! Ugh! Despite my fury I didn't say 'sod it' as I usually would - instead I found a youtube video of a woman doing the workout herself, so I did that on my laptop. It was actually quite good seeing someone else do it - I always just follow Natalie's pace, but this woman was doing the cardio really fast, really deep squats etc! So I found that pushed me more.
I use 3kg weights which are fine until the anterior raises, my god! Also I am still as terrible at press ups as I ever was, I always imagine I'd be better if I weighed less? Pah.
So taking Saturday as my Day 1 my week has been:
Sat: 30DS L1
Sun: nothing
Mon: spinning class
Tues: 30 lengths breast stroke
Weds: 30DS L1
Tomorrow: theoretically a 5k (will include some walking) - treadmill in air conditioned gym I might add!
Friday: 30DS

when she says 'if you're looking for a modified version of the jumping jack, I'm not going to give it to you. I have 400lb people who can do a jumping jack, SO CAN YOU!'... Well Jillian actually I can't without weeing myself (that DS1 again!) so thanks!!
