OK. Ripped in 30 in September it is! I'll probably start on 3rd at the earliest as I get back from holiday on 1st.
I need to figure out what to do to keep up the good habit and not lose any strength before then.

Happyeveriftar Good luck with moving up to L2. Don't worry if it is a shock to the system!
Netfretforth It's hard Shredding before work in the week but the cool of morning motivates me. Also I can guarantee my teens will be asleep. I know I wouldn't do it later in the day what with the heat and general house bustle.

Right, I’m back on it. Decided to start back at level 1 as it’s been 3 weeks since I last did it Blush
So L1/D1 dome

If I get all the way through 30DS without a big gap again, I might be up for a Ripped in 30 starting in September.

Level 3 day 28 done.
It was hard after two days of Ling car journeys and industrial amounts of food but it felt good!

Can't believe I've two days left! Time passes so quickly. My holiday is over on Friday and I'll be travelling all day but will complete all 30 days on Saturday Smile

Rest day tomorrow and Saturday (overnight guests) so I should finish on Monday.

L2D7 done. Hoping to have a weekend of general self-care (DD and DH are away which gives me more time) and at least get close to finishing L2. I've also booked myself on a yoga class and a Pilates class.

I really, really hate squat thrusts.

I was hoping there was a thread about this! I just did level 1 day 2 and regret my smugness at yesterday being easy. Found it much harder today with everything being a bit sore already Blush .

Love how quickly it passes and it’s a nice break from running.

Hello! The second day is definitely the worst.
It's actually cool where I am for the first time in weeks so I may get to shred after all. Hoping to fit it in after work.

Level 3 day 29 done but yesterday. I posted with one eye shut before bed but didn't realise my post didn't go through and just realised that when checking this thread Hmm

Today I've been travelling all day and on my way home from the airport now and will kick back into action for the glorious day 30 tomorrow!

Well, I feel very pleased with myself: I got to a Pilates class yesterday evening, and today I have been for a run with DD (still on C25K week 5 - we're going to do a modified version and build up from 8 minutes to 20 minutes in stages), been to another Pilates class and done L2D8. Go me - let's see if I can manage D9 tomorrow. My legs are quite wobbly!

As for me, I have the pleasure of reporting L3 - day 30 🤩🤩🤩

It's been a long challenge as I had breaks here and there with holidays and replacing Jillian with running or stretching or just standard HIIT but I have some abs. Actual abs for the first time in my life Grin. Despite eating a lot more on holiday. I went to a pool today with DD and I felt really really fantastic.

Thank you everyone for the support and partnership on this and other thread.

I'm now scratching my head as to what to do next as I've RI30 coming up in September with @clearsommespace but what to do in between?

I also just completed Grin

I did Ripped a few years back and the higher levels have some really tough strength moves and there's one level with 2 minutes of plank cardio which is hideous.
My aim before September is to not lose any of the plank strength I have built up since I started shredding again this year, to stay reasonably fit but also to get more sleep.

Since my teens have been on holiday I have been burning the candle at both ends. They are old enough to sleep late (while I get up early to Shred and work) but not old enough to go out alone in the evenings so are having a lot of family time in the evenings and I'm not getting to bed as early as I should. It's nice though as I expect they won't want parental company for much longer!

In August we are going on holiday with friends and I may go running with one of them. Need to improve my running!

So my plan is: rotate the Shred levels and Shred twice a week before work plus run twice a week (or do one run and one Killer Buns and Thighs). Three rest days a week. Except every day I am going to hold a plank for as long as I can, and hopefully build up every day.

There, now I've said it on the internet I have to do it!
