Where was the star jumps with tinsel
. That did make me laugh, I have a total mental picture of you all doing that!!
Glad everyone is still working hard. Purple I'm
you can just go out for over 6 miles after not running much for ages, my runs have got shorter as my knee plays up so I usually only go about 6-7 k now, but I figure it's all better than nothing.
Thermo re arm workouts I seem to remember I liked the t25 upper workouts. I also enjoyed p90x upper weight work. P90x3 has a great couple of ones for upper involving pull up bar but would only work if you had a pull up bar obv. Arm workouts used to be my fave, I miss them :( how are you doing space wish with the tree?
Feeling very fat ATM. Too scared to weigh myself
. My portions are going up (anyone else finding dark days and huge hunger?) and now I'm mixing in a weights workout once a week I'm burning less calories (I know weights are good in the long run to build muscle which burns fat at rest etc but I can only use twiddly weights so it's not a proper workout). Have done les mills bodystep (minus the push up type stuff) on the secret site twice in the past week ish which is good fun and I'll aim for one a week on that once I'm home with dd for Christmas holidays. Feel like I'm just not working hard enough and want to push myself and do more yet my knee/gluten isn't perfect and my arm is still an issue. Sorry, I leave you for a week then come back and just moan! In good news last week in BA class I had to modify a burpee as I can't do it so added in a tuck jump thing instead and the instructor spotted me and gave me a 'nice work I see that' type comment [proud].
Think I'll hope for a run, body step, body attack, pump/weights a week at home on dvds/secret site over festive season. What are everyone else's plans? I'm hoping to stick with 4 a week (my limit set by the physio) despite Christmas although won't do anything on Christmas Day.
