9 miles from hill race on Sunday, 5 mins off my PB which along with the PB at last weeks race gave a great positive to the end of the season. Wondering if I should try the scottish championships next year?

7 today, slow and steady in the pouring rain. Got quite spooked as thought I could hear a chainsaw halfway round (miles away from any road/other people) but then realised it was the Stags rutting, quite spooky as they were really close, even dog was a bit
287 rounded it up by .01
sure I must have done that at some stage in the rain today!
Keyser any news on how you got on with the sky runner race???
