Bloody hell - that 7 min Davina exercise DVD

It works!

I've been at it a week. Before that, did fuck all exercise for YEARS. Ended up with a bad knee every time I tried running etc so gave up.

This was a last ditch attempt to stop my body basically falling off, and I was attracted by the fact it would all be done in seven minutes and at least I could tell myself I'd done something.

It actually frigging works.

(Promise I don't work for Davina. Booble plate, river of sweetcorn, cube of poo, pombears, elderly Korean lady.)

But if there is anyone who was like me, who hates exercise and just generally CBA with gyms etc, this is cracking.

I did the warm-up, the two aerobic ones and the box fit.

My verdict.... interesting. :)

Not at all irritating on the first watching.

Watching the next few work outs while my heart rate gets back to normal. :)

I like the fact that there are different workouts and you can combine them as you like. I shall have a nosy at the getfitwithdavina link she mentioned.

Managed to get up this morning and did the box fit one. Didn't like it as much as the fat burner but that's just personal preference as opposed to having any reason behind it!

I've only done two days but I'm so sore I'm wondering whether I should do it today. My hamstrings and inner thigh muscles (didn't know I had any there ;) ) are so sore I can barely sit on the toilet.

I reckon you should have a day off Cookie! Or maybe do the stretch one? Not that I've seen it so I don't know what it's like! Perhaps you would benefit from a gentle yoga session? Look on YouTube for yoga with adrienne (I think that's how you spell it) she does some lovely gentle routines that are about 20 mins?
But I am by no means an expert!!

Baby and I were downstairs by 8 this morning! Did fat burning, ultimate fat burning and tone and sculpt. Baby was laughing at me all the way through.

I'm just waiting for the bloody disclaimer to finish before I do the warm up and fat burner. I may or may not do the abs. I'll see how 'interested' I am after the fat burner.

I'm having a day off today. I really needed a helping hand to lift me off the toilet yesterday, thighs were aching so much but in a good way. Just shows how little use my muscles get!

Stevie, I'm sure he knows but he hasn't said anything.

I feel much better after my rest day yesterday, I too had found muscles I didn't know I had!

Haven't done todays session yet, but I have been to fat club and have lost 2lb this week, so pleased with that:)

The ironing board is up in my exercise space, so will have to tackle the ironing mountain before I can do todays stint

Can I join too. Have ordered the dvd and DH has gone halves with me on a Fitbit for motivation.
Size 18 and would love to get down to a 12 by xmas, he's promised me a fandangly new Kindle if I do (just for any frothers he loves me as I am but recognises my need for motivation and something to work towards or I lose interest!)

Oh amazon thank you, I thought I was the only one with the toilet issue ;)

I decided to take today off. Did some gentle stretches for my sore muscles. Can't believe those 15 minutes a day are this effective

Little difference alert!

Noticed when I was driving today that I have one less belly roll Blush

Also, it felt like I was sitting on a booster seat - my glutes have definitely firmed.
