Apparently Braverman has deleted her supportive Tweet.

Such a shame so many people screenshotted it Smile

FuckThisWind · 28/05/2020 15:44

Slightly outraged of the North East here checking in.

Also slightly crispy. It's hot here today!

Wonder what the next 24 - 48 hours will bring...

SabrinaThwaite · 28/05/2020 15:45

Actually, I think it's still there (so maybe she isn't THAT dumb).

HeIenaDove · 28/05/2020 15:45

Durham Constabulary have had a Q and A session on their fb page

Check out the comments.

They are doing another one tomorrow. 2pm

Roussette · 28/05/2020 15:45

Yes still outraged here!
Thanks for thread Noeuf

Lucywilde · 28/05/2020 15:46

Does anyone know who is doing the briefing? Maybe Mr Blobby? Seems it’s like a never ending comedy sketch.

PurplePansy05 · 28/05/2020 15:48

so maybe she isn't THAT dumb

I wouldn't bank on that Grin

PurplePansy05 · 28/05/2020 15:53

Blobby's getting ready for tonight's press conference #themaskedminister

Pippa Crerar
@PippaCrerar
Durham Police says it does not regard self-isolating at his parents’ homes as a breach of the Health Protection (Coronavirus, Restrictions) (England) Regulations 2020.

But clarifies they were looking only at breaches of regulations not Government “stay at home” guidance.

Guidance? The gaslighting continues.

HeIenaDove · 28/05/2020 15:56

The last sentence in that post is mine

The rest is Pippas tweet

Saucery · 28/05/2020 15:59

Wiltingly hot here. Wonder if it’s cooler in Durham?

JackiFazaki · 28/05/2020 15:59

Thank you for the new thread.

SabrinaThwaite · 28/05/2020 15:59

HelenaDove

Because the guidance is just that - guidance. It's what is in the Regulations that is legally enforceable.

quiteathome · 28/05/2020 15:59

Wondering if we should temporarily move on.Then hopefully move back to it.

I am hoping that some new evidence pops up that places them breaking lockdown again. Then it can pop up next week when they are not suspecting it.

CricketCrocket · 28/05/2020 16:04

I think Whitty and Vallance are doing the briefing with Bojo today.

itsgettingweird · 28/05/2020 16:08

Certain individuals Grin

itsgettingweird · 28/05/2020 16:09

Apparently it's Bozo, Whitty and Vallance. But I didn't hear sky news properly as they were talking about it.

Humphriescushion · 28/05/2020 16:12

Thanks for new thread. Still outraged and good to see this is trending on twitter.

drivingtotestmyeyes · 28/05/2020 16:13

Thanks for the new thread Grin

itsgettingweird · 28/05/2020 16:13

Oh sorry cricket I did t refresh before posting. That'll teach me Grin

minou123 · 28/05/2020 16:16

Reasonable person who disagrees with BJ and DC - checking in Grin

Today's briefing will be interesting if witty turns up.
I'm surprised BJ is supposedly doing the briefing again. That's twice in 1 week.

Barbie222 · 28/05/2020 16:18

Bringing my own reasonable disagreement along ready for the briefing 🍿

Lucywilde · 28/05/2020 16:18

My kids are too hot. Two have complex special needs. Can I take them up to Scotland where the weather is cooler? And they and me will be happier?

HeIenaDove · 28/05/2020 16:34

DH and i are hot in our small one bedroom flat Its a sauna in the summer. When the scaffolding goes up next week so the HA can take the roof off (renewal NOT repair) we will struggle to open the windows. Fucking marvellous.

Should be okay to go and sit in DMs garden if she stays in the kitchen and we social distance?

HeIenaDove · 28/05/2020 16:55

Yeah Im sure this will happen.

www.mirror.co.uk/news/politics/government-suggests-brits-use-holiday-22102688

Government suggests Brits use holiday to cover self isolation due to coronavirus
People who are asked to self isolate at home under the new test and trace regime will be entitled to statutory sick pay if they can no longer work. But the official advice suggests that some people might prefer to use their holiday entitlement to cover the time at home
