Anyone see him on the news?

Clapping for a few moments for the NHS and then asking the camera crew if they got what they needed.

I was a little disappointed as, although I’m sure it wasn’t, it came across a bit like fake compassion.

Well, lying is his forte. Plausible is a bit of an issue.

RuffleCrow · 13/05/2020 18:21

Tory leaders can lie through their arses; be so negligent that tens of thousands of people die needlessly, lead the country to economic ruin by pretending our tiny country is some kind of colonial-era superpower and people will still go out and vote for them.

Labour leaders only have to eat a bacon sandwich the "wrong way" or clap the "wrong way" (how many ways are there to do those thinge anyway?) and suddenly totally neutral and unpaid people on anonymous internet forums are queueing to call them unlectable. Hmm

MockersxxxxxxxSocialDistancing · 13/05/2020 18:23

They're going to have to take Johnson out somehow, Starmer is taking him apart.

Who'd win a nitpicking fight between a distinguished knighted QC and former DPP and a hack journo who was sacked for making up quotes?

BGD2012 · 15/05/2020 21:15

Nadine Dorries is obviously flustered tweeting doctored videos from far right websites.

Clavinova · 15/05/2020 21:28

far right websites

How do you know it was a 'far right' website? Channel 4 FactCheck describe it as an 'anonymous Twitter account'- no mention of 'far right'.

MrsChanningTatum · 15/05/2020 21:33

This was exposed as fake news. He is being mega negatively sneered just like Corbyn was. He said that because he wanted to go back to his daughter! Stay alert.

MrsChanningTatum · 15/05/2020 21:34

*smeared, sorry I’ve not got glasses on and I’ve had wine 🍷

BGD2012 · 15/05/2020 21:35

Anonymous because the account was deleted. Full of unpleasant tweets.

nellodee · 15/05/2020 21:36

I get the feeling there will a whole lot less easy dirt on Starmer than there was about Corbyn. His opponents had better make it count.

Clavinova · 15/05/2020 21:36

This was exposed as fake news

Yes, I know it's fake news but why 'far right'? A poster described me as being 'far right' last week - I'm not 'far right' at all.

BGD2012 · 15/05/2020 21:50

Most publications described the site as racist. It tweeted that people from BME communities had died disproportionately from Covid as they live in shitholes. As a government minister Nadine Dorries should know better.

Confusedbutheyho · 15/05/2020 22:03

Sir Keir Starmer any day over Bojo and all his paid posters too.

Confusedbutheyho · 15/05/2020 22:05

@MrsChanningTatum

Spot on. Fake news the gullible or desperate will still try to use.

FliesandPies · 17/05/2020 13:19

Yet again DM have shot themselves in the foot trying to have a pop at Starmer by painting him as some kind of land Baron because he bought a field for his Mum to use as a Donkey Sanctuary. Lol.

Hoteldulac · 17/05/2020 14:17
Grin
JudyCoolibar · 17/05/2020 15:37

Interesting how quickly that story about Starmer's field slipped down the Mail's online front page. I think they realised that they'd shot themselves in the foot.

FliesandPies · 17/05/2020 16:33

I hope it hurt Grin Bunch of bastards.

BGD2012 · 18/05/2020 10:43

It felt like an article that was meant for Viz.
