Hello everyone, no tickets required, just jump on the TTC Bus, and let's hope we'll all be getting off at the November Stop.

Add your name to the list as follows:

For anyone not familiar with the acronyms....that's what number child you are tring to conceive, how many cycles you've been trying, what day you are on, and what your usual cycle length is.

Hello all - yes, its true, I did test today again (it was a double pack) and now there is no confusion, definitely BFP!

Congrats to Turtle too.

Ok - but where do we go now? Is there another string somewhere where we continue to panic about checking our gussetts and pants for signs of spotting? There is always something to do... I agree, Men have it easy!!!

Not many left for this month - a slow month for AF but so sad for those of you who got caught.... who knows, you may be having a christmas baby!! Fingers crossed!

nunnie · 20/03/2009 11:35

pedalmonster and all other graduates join us in the ante-natal expecting a November 2009 baby thread.

We are all there worried sick about symptoms or lack of symptoms, age, number of other children etc the list is endless - also quite alot about lack of GP / NHS care - all good fun

Sorry for butting in, just thought I'd see if there were any potential buddies lurking - hope all who are still in with a chance will join us soon and all those out for this month will have your dreams come true soon x

Babydust to all xx

totalmisfit · 20/03/2009 14:45

just looked up the time you gave...mizzidee is a troll?

what an incredibly detailed post for a troll to write...

ho hum. been a weird day for me. bought a test, ran into a loo in a cafe to do it. POAS, looked at it and realised it was covered in blood. TMI, right? Why couldn't AF have arrived before i did the test? BFN, obviously.

really, really bad cramping in one side afterwards. got worried about EP as apparently they don't always show up as BFPs and bleeding is common. Thought i'd better seek advice.

rang NHS direct, rang GP, been told to come in and wait for an appointment late this afternoon... now of course the pain has subsided, on cue. still a weird feeling of pressure on my right hand side though.

No doubt the dr will look at me like i'm mad. But 4 days late is pretty unusual for me and i haven't had cramps that painful (esp on one side) since before dd was concieved.

Tell me i'm not crazy, please. I always feel like i seem to over or under-react where medical stuff is concerned, never seem to be able to get it right.

nunnie · 20/03/2009 15:01

Not crazy, you know your body better than anyone, get yourself checked for peace of mind.

VeryAnnieMary · 20/03/2009 15:09

POAS is a great way to encourage AF to start I reckon. Though having failed at that this month, I'm hoping that buyign an expensive pair of jeans will encourage a BFP...

totalmisfit hope you're ok, let us know. It's always best to be cautious, sure the DR would rather an overcautious worrier than a shy seriously ill patient.

As for mizzidee, I think she got in a fight last night over in AIBU and other posters mention inconsistencies and abuse from her. (MANY apologies if I've got that wrong though).

QueenofVenus · 20/03/2009 15:53

Hiya girls, im off af got me this morning - was due on yesterday am - im ALWAYS bang on time, almost down the the minute - so when it didnt show i spent all day and all last night being really chuffed but also trying not to be too chuffed just in case, then af showed not long after i got up im really realy really depressed now Good luck to everyone else still waiting HUGE congrats to all with bfp's!! xxx

nunnie · 20/03/2009 16:23

so sorry QoV, I am not going to be far behind you. See you on the next bus.

VeryAnnieMary · 20/03/2009 17:19

Boo QoV - see you at the next stop no doubt

nunnie · 20/03/2009 18:23

Af still not here, but I have cramps again now!!

Wish she would just hurry up now, doing my nut in

totalmisfit · 20/03/2009 19:40

Hi all,

back from GP. by the time i got there i was just experiencing some light bleeding and the pain had stopped. He basically prodded my belly and said its 'nice and soft' (gee, thanks doc!) and not hard like he would expect it to be with EP.

He said it sounded to him like a very early miscarriage; 1 in 3 pgs end that way, mostly with people thinking it's just a slightly late AF or heavier/more painful than usual.

odd, considering both tests were negative, but he said it might have been too early to show up. I suppose i could take a small amount of comfort from the possibility that sperm and egg might've met. bugger. still, at least the pain seems to have stopped, although i'm still getting twinges down low on that side.

hopeforbundleofjoy · 20/03/2009 23:03

Well day 49 for me and still no af- tested this morning with a cheap test bfn. so am now taking 2nd round of clomid. still on cycle one tho- that sounds soo weird day 49 of cycle 1. thort clomid was suppost to regulate as well as other things!

FifiOK · 21/03/2009 14:05

Just wanted to say hello to everyone. I have been lurking in the background after a bit of a time a few weeks ago getting fed up with the whole TTC lark. Congratulations to all the BFPs - can't believe how many there are. So sorry to those who have had to hop on the Christmas bus - but good luck also. XX

OP posts:
mizzidee · 21/03/2009 22:00

TROLL???????
Are you actually trying to say that it is not possible to have adopted a child (which sadly passed away) & to be trying for a baby of my own?
What are the inconsistencies?
Neither of you know my. I have not explained to any of you & nor do i intend to. That thread the other night was not created by me, nor was it about me. I said afew things which nobody liked, them allof a sudden i had about 20 people coming on board from all different direction asking me bloody queastions about ME. For starters i do not even know y CHEGIRL called me a C*NT, shewas blabbering on about how she knew some weirdo & i just happened to say, that the weirdo she was talking about was most probably somewhere amongst the thread.. y call me a cunt? I dont know anything about her,so its not like i have said something to her that i shouldnt have. & as for inconsistencies.. what bloody inconsistencies??????
I didnt go on thatthread to be talked about or so i can tell mumsnet my stories. I will/would do that, only if i choose to. so what have i said that makes me a TROLL?
This mumsnet i thought was supposed to be a simple yet non-judgementle community, yet all i have seen, from people on here, is dame right bloody snobbery & do-gooders, that are so shallow minded, that i am actualy disgusted to have even joined up in the first place. I also seen what was written on the Jade Goody thread & you people on here make me want to PUCK. Funny thing is though i have got myself a BFP today.. so i wont need to be on here any more, not unless i find out alot of you have dissapeared..bt hey, whats the chance of that happening! (HHmmm.. i suppose my BFP is a lie too, you can only help people that help themselves MISFIT).

FifiOK · 22/03/2009 08:58

mizzidee firstly congratulations on your BFP.

If you check back on this thread you will see that a new poster came onto this thread to highlight the notion that you may be a troll. The only comment from misfit was sympathetic to you, but throwing a sceptical comment at your accuser. I can only speak for myself but I would imagine that the majority of those on this thread do not care what has gone on with other threads.

Please stay with us if you wish to support other posters through the trials & tribulations of TTC. If not then I wish you every luck with your pregancy.

OP posts:
shirleyc · 22/03/2009 09:11

mor ning ladieds how is everyone today?

nunnie · 22/03/2009 09:33

Congratulations mizzidee
I like FifiOK, do not tend to go on the other topics, as this is the only one I have interest in and is the only thing I think about at the moment.

Please do not leave, my post was probably a little bit too sarcastic, but at the time, I was just trying to bring back the true meaning of this thread I did not at the time know who the comment about the troll was aimed at and didn't really care.

You should stay on here and share some of your lucky vibes with the rest of us.

Morning shirleyc still waiting, but I can see the Dec bus coming over the hill.

nunnie · 22/03/2009 09:34

shirleyc, how did the pork thing go in the end? Did you manage to finish cooking eat and then enjoy it?
