Mizzidee - so sorry to hear about your story - it certainly puts everything into perspective - I count my blessings every day! My best friend from Uni had problems TTC, after 5 yrs she addopted a lovely little girl (now almost 2) and then a year later another little girl (almost 1!). I have just heard that she has just found out she is preg - and overjoyed yet panic at the thought of having 3 under 3's!

Its no consolation to you, but I guess Nature has her reasons. I hope everthing works out for you!

im just wondering if any one who has been pregnant before had a strage bloating a bit like a cross between ovulation pain and traped wind?
Keep getting it on both sides, it so uncomfortable, if im not pregnant i will be doing a serious detox and visiting the GP as i have had it on and off for 10 days now. Good the wait is killing me, didnt think i would be like this and to top it of not entierly sure when af should come so i think Friday will be my official test day .. aggghhh so near yet so far...

Lauralai Friday is my official test day too... also feeling symptoms but hey, I think that is standard. Since your tummy feels busy, maybe that is a sign!?!? Fingers crossed for you.

Hello everyone, i havent had chance to ghet on here just lately, been reading back a few posts HUGE congrats lucky HUGE HUGS had to laugh about the post how do we mums ttc#4 find time to bd? lmao - i agree with rainbow - theres a schedule for everything - might not be roses and romance but with a house full of kids you have to get what you can lol (my dp has one child from prev marriage so that makes 4, so if i do get pregnant we will have 5!!! OMG) i really do believe we are NUTS lmao!

i might be testing on friday too. still no sign of AF over here

i suppose i could test sooner but something's stopping me. not sure what. i do want to know and i don't. does that make sense?

Plus dd's asthma has flared up and we're an hours walk to the nearest chemist/supermarket, so won't have a chance to pick one up today.

also, don't want to waste what little money we have because it could be one of those months where AF seems to 're-align' herself for some mysterious reason.

totalmisfit - hope you are not having a realignment cycle, but a more positive reason for being late!

I ov'd early this month and was thinking that I would get early af too, but she is so far avoiding me, but all the signs that she is just around the corner.

I also think AF is just around the corner, seems pmt got me today but still no AF.... Just yet....

ooh well if i dont get af before Friday ill definetly be on here to see how you all get on (pedalmonster and totalmisfit) i have to admit i have tested already using dip stick like you get at the docs, but i dont know how sensitive they are and i know it may have been to early. half of me wants to buy a first response but there is noting like spending money on a HPT to bring af on... i will be strong and hopefuly save the money for something more frivilous like a huge bar of galaxy to celebrate or sypathise

mmm... galaxy. that's just what i fancy right now. oh well, will have to wait it out.

Still no AF here but am determined not to test as temp is right down so the possibility of being pg is pretty unlikely. Am guessing late AF is due to ill baby breastfeeding loads due to teething.

OH NO - I cracked under the pressure, and in the worst possible way! I decided this morning, as I woke up with leaky boobs and nausea, that I must be pg, so POAS - but imagine my surprise when I realised that I had peed on the wrong end of the stick!!!!! What an idiot!! I peed on the plastic - what a waste of early morning pee! So angry with myself now! But can't help laughing... obviously my brain is not awake yet!!

Am having such a weird month - suddenly having lots of (TMI) gooey cm when was really expecting af (aching, sore boobs, the usual signs). Haven't POAS cos I feel so about to come on. Perhaps UCL hasn't settled after coming off pill despite a relatively "normal" month.

But hey, at least the sun is shining!

i have decided that Im not hedging my bets on the symptoms thing. wen i was pg with ds the only symptom i had before i got my bfp was tiredness.

i do have a horrible metallic taste in my mouth and cramps, but i do usually get cramps before af arrives anyway, and i am putting the metallic taste down to needing a filling.

PS to Pedal monster - I just had to laugh, it sounds so funny. But also if you are getting that extreme of symptoms, why not use the real end of the stick using your second morning urine, as for some people this can be stronger than fmu anyway!!!! Hope you get a positive soon.
