Thanks Rainbowdays, I know you're right, children get conceived under all sorts of different circumstances so I'll try and stop worrying about it (and probably find something else to worry about instead)

Gave in to the First Reponse test today (by the way they are 2 for 1 in Boots as the moment!) It can tell 6 days early and I had a BFN, and starting to think it's not my time this month. I still may be testing too early, so I have that to hope for until AF arrives. I've never really followed my cycle, so hazarding a guess it's 26 days. I'm now on day 12 post ovulation.

Good morning!

Well it's 12 dpo for me and no AF. I got an 'imaginary line' on my cheapie so I tested with my last clearblue digital and got a 'pregnant 1-2'. It took ages and ages to register a result, so I suppose this is a LRP (little, runty positive) rather than a BFP.

Since I had such obvious symptoms, I had hoped for a stronger signal this time. My temp is slowly drifting down rather than up, which happened last time as well (but not as steeply this time), so I'm staying cautious until beanie shows more signs of stickiness with increasing hCG levels.

Have gyne appointment tomorrow, so I guess I can get him to do a 48hr test to check viability, which should help put my mind at rest.

Hubby is preening himself, as he's managed to get me up the spout 3 out of the 4 cycles we've had unprotected sex. I'm worried he might try to sell his super-swimmers.

Morning everyone,

Congrats Missiemoos!

I have some news of my own. I took a First Response test this morning and gor a BFP! I knew my mind wasn't playing tricks on me over the last 2 weeks I took a test yesterday and got a BFN and woke up this morning with boobs that feel like lead balloons so I went for it knowing I could waste another test and got the result I wanted. I think I'm 2 weeks pregnant.

Hi everyone,
I haven't posted for ages but now I'm at CD28 (of an expected cycle length of 35) and seem to have gone stark raving bonkers! It's the first time I've been able to see a clear ovulation pattern on Fertility Friend and will well-timed BD, so I'm quite excited to test even though I know it's not super likely. I've started to convince myself of all sorts of silly symptoms, somebody slap me please!

eeyore2 - don't feel bad, you're doing the exact same things as the rest of us

It's hard during the 2ww, especially if you have a longer cycle.
I was thinking of doing an early response test tomorrow using dh's birthday as an excuse but I'll only be 10dpo so am starting to think that's way too early. Chances are it would be a bfn and then I'd just convince myself it was because it was too early!

Am losing my sanity enough as it is!!

just thought id check in with everyone. Great news graduates, good luck everyone else.

Not holding much hope out this month,BD'd at the wrong time i think. Been on holiday and just went with the flow (too much alcohol, tea and everything i shouldn't have been doing).

Just got back after being up 24 hours so i am off to bed hopefully DD will sleep for a couple of hours at least .

CONGRATULATIONS! MissieMoosMummy, Fruitpastels. I am still keeping away from shops till Friday, but I have a slight feeling I won't need to bother anyway, major cramping going on it is coming I know it is . Most if not all my imaginary symptoms were just that, they appear to have unimagined themselves now. I neally fainted yesterday and downed a large glass of juice, so I was secretly hopefull that was the sure sign I was looking for, but today with the cramps and a floppy belly syndrome I think maybe a trip on bus 12 will be my next step.

Spotting when wiped (err sorry tmi) earlier, I am never bloomin early . Cramps, early spotting sure sign I am guessing that I may be moving to the December bus very soon . Spotting appears ot be gone now so might have a couple more days of hope.
