As late as you are, a cheapo own brand pee stick - it weill show a positive if you are pregnant (that sounds obvious, obviously it ought to but you know what I mean - it will be reliable!)

Then if it is positive you can get splash out on a Clearblue digital to make sure!

HIya again all, i have not had internet so not been on but no changes here af came and went so im still here!! am thinking of just giving up its obviously not meant to be!! TishB - hope you're feeling a little better about the IVF today. Don't despair that it hasn't happened naturally, sometimes that's just the way it goes. My niece and nephew are both IVF babies and it was plain sailing once my sil was pg.

violetbubbles - did you get your tests? Will you wait to do it at home or pop to the loo at work?! Am not sure I could wait especially if I was late and so morning wee wasn't an issue - dh wouldn't be too happy though !!

No signs here although sometimes I think I have tingly boobs - that was the constant with my other 2 dc's, but I think I'm just wishful thinking at the moment. Am only 6dpo today so even if I'd been succesful it probably hasn't implanted yet!
Amazing how we scrutinise every little feeling or twinge in the 2ww - if we applied ourselves to our work as much we'd all be millionairesses!!

Well I'm still too early to test, i did try today with a first response test and knew I was too early, and I got a negative, or it could be correct I've never been one to monitor my cycle, but I'm sure I'm around 28days. If my 1st day of my last af was on the 28th Jan and I ovulated on the 9th/10th Feb, then my af should be due on around the 25th. I've had lots of symtoms, sore and bigger boobs,pain low down and around my lower back, had some nausea. I can't help but scrutinise each feeling either!

I can't stand the waiting game!

I think they say to wait 3 days before testing again. the bloody hormones better be there at the weekend when you do! good luck

If your AF started on 28th Jan Fruitpastels, you're one day behind me. I'm on CD24.

I think you've miscounted and it is too early to get an accurate result.

Test with me next week!

Congatulations Slip and Koumak great to have some graduates on our list.

I'm day 25 today and getting some spotting & cramping which I think is even earlier arrival of AF than ususal. Have done a few cheapie 20p tests, all negative, to satisfy my urge for POAS but not holding out much hope really. Have booked to see GP next week as can't help thinking all is not quite right since ERPC which was back in September last year. Seem to get a lot of cramping all way through cycle from time of ovulation to AF which I'd never had before & shortening of cycle in last few months.
I'll be sticking around on November thread though for next cycle too.

Good luck testers ! Let us know how you get on.

Hello, I'm going to try and lighten up this month and so I am going to join you guys and see how I get on while we all chat about it. It's so hard not to tell anyone each month when you get disappointed isn't it, but dh wants us to keep it quiet that we're even trying. Conceived my ds1 on my wedding night after 6 months of celibacy so I've not experienced this before (sorry to all those who are struggling for their first, we couldn't believe our luck either so don't hate me!)

Fifi - good idea to go to gp if you don't feel all is right. I know I wasn't right for a while after my erpc - I think they underestimate the effect these sorts of things have on us.

I'm 8 days away from testing according to ff - it's suggesting I wait until Friday 27th. It's got my lp down as either 12 or 13 days and I'm 6dpo today. Not sure I'll be able to hang on that long, especially if others are testing too!

Maybe a purchase of a first response might be in order...?
No symptoms at all though so maybe just wishful thinking

Meant to add .... it's dh's birthday on Monday which would make me 10dpo with an lp of 12 or 13 days - me thinks I'll be using that as an excuse to poas!!
