Starting thread number 4, can you believe it? Congrats to everyone who has been lucky the last few threads and for those who have had recent losses again or new, keep strong, you are amazing. To those still trying, it will happen, myself included there and we will support each other.

I'll just include a foreward for anyone new who joins us, this is a supportive group for anyone who has had a loss, no matter how early or late. Everyone here has experieced the upset and understands.

Ive gone through the list and more than likely left people out so add anyone you think I've forgotten.

@Ncl31 @DonnaWhat I'm.cycle day 8, so a bit to go. I've an ultrasound next Wednesday to see if ovulation is approaching

Fingers crossed for you this cycle. I hope the gunk being cleared out does the trick for you.
my apps expect me to ovulate next weekend, I’m back to obsessing and tracing every single thing this cycle. I felt totally out of control last cycle not really knowing anything for sure. I cope better watching the OPKs

Figtree11 · 23/07/2024 22:46

@Onthedouble123 so pleased you saw a healthy baby. Very sorry about the twin though. Why is it that early pregnancy seems like the weeks are months?!

@Ella31 that sounds so positive! Such good news everything looked great

jellyfish2 · 24/07/2024 07:25

@Ella31 that all sounds very positive and great you're getting a scan too. Do you feel a bit better about it all now? Hopefully this will be the month after having a good clear out.

Onthedouble123 · 24/07/2024 08:35

Thank you everyone 💕💕

@Ella31 that sounds so positive! Hopefully your scan will show a happy little follicle fit to burst as well. Really hoping this is your month 🤞🏻🤞🏻

We are off on holiday today. When she was taking the baby's heart rate yesterday she said it was high but probably because I was so nervous that I was making the baby nervous.
So going to try my best to give them a chilled and relaxing couple of weeks 🤞🏻💕

I do. Though why it's taken me 8 months is baffling when previously i fell month 1, 3 and 1 again. Last test is my pdg test at the end of the month to show I'm ovulating.

@Ella31 This time might be different because you are postpartum? Your body might need a little time to recover physically from the birth? And let's not forget that what you went through is quite traumatic so it might need some time to recover emotionally too... Be kind to yourself, you're doing amazing! I can't wait for you to get your bfp, hopefully the procedure helps.

@jellyfish2 How are you getting on? Are you planning any early reassurance scans?

How are you all getting on this month? I feel I haven't been as clued in with all my tests have taken up my time and headspace

@Ella31 I'm doing okay I guess. I feel a bit numb this month. It's like a part of me has accepted it won't happen, which is silly as we're still quite early.

This is cycle #4 since the MMC and I'm 1 dpo. Hopefully we did everything we could (see my chart below). I honestly don't know what more we can do. My partner is on conceive max now and I'm on vitamin C, D, iron, folic acid, omega 3 and Coq10. Oh and we've been using preseed.

Also I had some extensive blood tests done with Medichecks and everything looks good, including a day 3 test. I'll be doing the day 21 test next week.

@MisssMarion I'm ok thanks just, 6wks +1 today not many symptoms which is worrying me but it's outwith my control so just taking each day as it comes especially as with the MMC I felt absolutely terrible.
Just saw your post above, I'm sorry it hasn't happened for you yet but it was cycle 4 for me that I got my bfp and I used preseed for the first time that cycle too. Is this your first month using it? Hope you get your BFP this month. I felt exactly the same as you like the MC had caused some kind of problem and thought t wouldn't happen again but it did. I know it's hard but have faith - you'll get there 🩷

I'm not going to book an early scan I think I'll just wait, my NHS scan has been booked based on lmp which I know is wrong due to late ovulation. So I know I'll be 10 wks and not 12 at the scan, I'd rather find out at hospital if there's a problem than at a private scan.

ThelastRolo20 · 24/07/2024 10:58

@jellyfish2 I'm glad you're doing okay so far ❤️ would your EPU scan you early if you were feeling anxious? But if you can wait until 12 weeks that of course is fab! Xx

jellyfish2 · 24/07/2024 11:11

@ThelastRolo20 I came across someone on here who is at the same hospital and she said they don't do that unless you have pain/bleeding. I have my booking appointment next week so I'll speak with the midwife about it and see what she says. I'd rather have one after 8 weeks anyway as that's when our little one passed. Did you have many symptoms this time round? How are you getting on?

Try not to worry. Even though it doesn't feel like it. 4 months is quite early. If you hadn't a mc, a gp would be telling you to give it a year. It's hard though I get it. It's even worse when it seems to be happening for everyone. I'm glad your bloods are good though, that's really important. Have you had ultrasound scan on your uterus or hsg. Might be worth a shot for peace of mind

No, not many symptoms but I never do. I'm okay, trying to manage the anxiety and hold off booking any more scans. I'm 15 weeks now so it's still too early for movement but I'm still slightly convinced it's all gone wrong in the last 2 weeks since my 12 week scan. It's not very enjoyable to be honest, I'm avoiding telling people outside of family as I want less people to tell if it goes wrong.

Appreciate that all sounds negative, sorry! x

jellyfish2 · 24/07/2024 12:34

@ThelastRolo20 I completely understand why you feel this way. Would you consider having one private scan in the next couple of weeks to make you feel better until your 20 week? Are you showing?

I just had 10 mins of really blurred vision and I'm not sure what it means. It happened in the last pregnancy and I worked it out to be around the 8 week mark so now I'm convinced it's all gone wrong suddenly. Pregnancy after loss is just rubbish.

Well, I look like I've eaten too many donuts for sure 😂 I'm avoiding more scans as I think it'll only fuel anxiety. I might consider it if I haven't felt movement by 18 weeks, looking back I felt my first by 17 weeks so I'd hope for the same 🤞🏻

It's so rubbish, everything after loss is - recovery, TTC, pregnancy. But all we can do is try and live in hope x

I have officially been discharged from the molar hospital 🎉 So I am free to TTC again.

If I’m to get pregnant again would have to have a scan at the EPU at 7 weeks. But I had a scan at 8 weeks last time & all was fine and didn’t find out there was an issue until 12 weeks. So won’t be very reassuring. But for now, back to the whole TTC process again!

Ah that's wonderful news! What a relief - everything crossed it doesn't take long until you're pregnant again ❤️🥰

moosey89 · 24/07/2024 14:19

@Figtree11 that's great news about being discharged. Do you think you'll TTC again straight away? I can't remember if you mentioned how long it took to TTC your previous pregnancies.

CadoAvo · 24/07/2024 14:26

5DPO today and had quite a bit of milky white cm. Hoping it means something good but who knows 😂

Figtree11 · 24/07/2024 15:59

Thank you all ☺️ I am absolutely petrified of trying again, but we’re going to as just can’t wait til after our recurrent miscarriage appt in Jan.

Both times it’s taken 3 months. So 3 months after stopping the pill I was pregnant, and then 3 months after the MC I was pregnant. I’m already almost 3 months post last MC so will definitely take longer this time

DonnaWhat · 24/07/2024 18:03

@jellyfish2 could be low blood pressure. I had that with my first pregnancy.

@Figtree11 That's amazing news. Where are you in your cycle?

Hope everyone's weeks are going well, CD4 for me 🙄

Figtree11 · 24/07/2024 18:58

@DonnaWhat i’m cd10, but I know I won’t be ovulating for another couple of weeks yet based on how it went after the last MC

@Figtree11 Glad to hear you've been discharged, that's great news!

7DPO today. Bit crampy and super emotional today for some reason, had a little cry this morning I just felt so fed up and it made me feel slightly better.
