Starting thread number 4, can you believe it? Congrats to everyone who has been lucky the last few threads and for those who have had recent losses again or new, keep strong, you are amazing. To those still trying, it will happen, myself included there and we will support each other.

I'll just include a foreward for anyone new who joins us, this is a supportive group for anyone who has had a loss, no matter how early or late. Everyone here has experieced the upset and understands.

Ive gone through the list and more than likely left people out so add anyone you think I've forgotten.

Thanks, for some reason I’ve just done another test and can see a shadow on it. After the disappointment of the awful evap last month I’m not getting any hopes built up.
ive attached a pic - difficult to see on photo but I can defo see a shadow in person. Will retest in the morning and see what happens if AF hasn’t arrived

I can definitely see that.

@Onthedouble123 thank you, hopefully it will come forward a bit. I guess at least I have a date, and haven’t had to wait for 3 MC before getting on the waiting list

@Ella31 that’s a good way to look at it. As my plan always was to try again anyway. And if I’m unlucky enough for it to happen a third time, at least it’s in the diary

@Ncl31 ooh I can see that too! Fingers crossed for the morning

Just been for acupuncture. I quite liked it - the woman was so lovely & I felt so at ease. Booked in for next week to follow my cycle and plan according to that

Accupuncture is fab. I go bi monthly and go to reflexology once a month

I’ve never been before but have come away feeling positive. Even just having the support from someone through the cycle has made me feel a bit better

Even just the chat with the specialist is good. They are usually lovely as they have seen it all before

I'm so sorry. Were they the easy at home tests? I've had a few false with them. 😞 mind yourself today.

Definitely, I felt like she really knew what she was talking about

@Ncl31 oh I’m so sorry 😔 It’s so cruel, I’ve had indents before and it’s just not fair.

How is everyone doing today? The sun is shining here which always lifts my spirits

DonnaWhat · 18/07/2024 20:36

@Figtree11 I think af is on her way. Spotting a bit more now between pink and brown, still bfn - 10dpo

@Ncl31 I'm so sorry to hear that. I hope that next month is your month.

I think we were in the same Jan due date group, I miscarried at the end of May. I hope you're doing okay after it ❤

2DPO here, fingers crossed this will be our month!

Hello! A shame we are both back here but yes like you say, hopefully this month is the one!

First pregnancy I was due in Nov and second was due in Jan. As much as I want a baby (born at any time) in both pregnancies I had thoughts about how I didn't really want a winter birthday (too close to Christmas and other family birthdays, skint after Christmas, unable to have outdoor birthday events etc - quite vain I know) and I now try not to beat myself up that my negative thinking caused the miscarriages. If I was lucky this month it would be an April due date which would be just lovely.

To be honest, I had those thoughts too. I never wanted a winter baby and now I feel awful for even thinking that way so don't beat yourself up about it, these things are completely out of our control x

@CadoAvo I'm sorry to see you back here. We were so close both times. My first baby I lost was due october and my second baby loss was due January.

11dpo for me. Spotting still happening (creamy pink brown discharge) still bfn. Just wish this af would hurry up. It's my birthday next week and I don't want to be on for it 🙄

Figtree11 · 19/07/2024 14:28

I’m sorry @CadoAvo i also remember your username from the due in November thread. Sorry you find yourself back here.

I have an ovulation tracking question for anybody - I don’t usually track as since coming off the pill a year ago & having 2 pregnancies I have no regular cycle. So I just didn’t bother doing it as I couldn’t pin point when it would be. For example my last cycle earlier this year was 6 weeks.

My acupuncturist said if it’s not too stressful then it can be useful to pin point ovulation so she can tailor the treatment. I’m only going to look at using the sticks, but how many times a day do you test? Not sure when to start, as I could be testing for weeks before any peak!

DonnaWhat · 19/07/2024 16:08

@Figtree11 I start testing as soon as my period finishes, once a day when I get home from work (about 530) my ovulation pattern is rapid and I usually find my spike. Ovulation is normally 12-36 hours after the spike on your chart. I use premom to log with easy at home ovulation tests.

I'm coming on today 😒 Roll on the next cycle. Xx

moosey89 · 19/07/2024 16:16

@Figtree11 irregular cycles can be a pain in TTC. I have a relatively regular cycle and test from around day 9. If you get the cheapy sticks, you could use this from around then until they start to get darker, then if you wanted to use the clearblue ones you could? Definitely wouldn't recommend clearblue all the way if you have long irregular cycles though - it would get super expensive!

Figtree11 · 19/07/2024 18:47

@DonnaWhat @moosey89 thank you both. Fingers crossed if I get discharged from hospital I’ll start ovulation testing mid next week. Doing it after work once I get home sounds a good idea. Yeah I definitely will use the cheap ones & not clearblue!

Hi ladies iv just joined this forum! Ttc after a miscarriage at 11.5weeks last month. Still no period yet since the miscarriage but we have started trying again. I miscarried 26th June and started trying again last week. Today iv been feeling crampy sore back and my right boob has just started twinging. Still to early to test and probably me overthinking! My period is possibly due tues/wed but hard to know because of the miscarriage so I'm not going to test yet... my wondering are my symptoms implantation?
