Starting thread number 4, can you believe it? Congrats to everyone who has been lucky the last few threads and for those who have had recent losses again or new, keep strong, you are amazing. To those still trying, it will happen, myself included there and we will support each other.

I'll just include a foreward for anyone new who joins us, this is a supportive group for anyone who has had a loss, no matter how early or late. Everyone here has experieced the upset and understands.

Ive gone through the list and more than likely left people out so add anyone you think I've forgotten.

I've had a weird day. So I got the progesterone blood test done 5 days after ovulation. I've heard before it's usually 7 days after your ovulation if your cycle isn't 28 days. Mine since my boys is 31-33 days. It came back today as lowish. 30 is good. I was 22. So she couldn't confirm if I ovulated. The horrible consultant I had wouldn't let me do it on 7 days after.

The weird thing is my bbt rose a lot, positive opks, cervical cm and confirmed ovulation. And considering I've been pregnant before albeit my babies are in heaven, why would I not be ovulating now. I attached my chart there. I presume if for some reason I'm not, they can help me though? The nurse wasn't too worried whereas I was crying.

Hi @Ella31 I'm sorry your consultant didn't test on day 7, did they say why they chose day 5? OPKs and bbt together should confirm ovulation, but yes I believe there are some drugs they can give you to help ovulation along if it's not happening.

Are you going to try and get a day 7 dpo test done this cycle? Xx

I'm due af tomorrow so too late for this cycle. But definitely next cycle, I'm just upset because it's weeks away now. We had to change consultant today as he was very abusive in our meeting towards us. The clinic were good about it though

@Ella31 I’m very clueless about ovulation tracking so have nothing helpful to add. But I’m so sorry you’ve had such an awful consultant. At such a difficult time of life to then be treated like that is just so unacceptable

I don’t want to get ahead of myself but… almost 11 weeks post d&c I’ve got cramps & spotting! Last time my period then arrived a day later. So I am hoping sooo much this means my period is on its way

The consultant was really arrogant. He said I had 2 mc before my boys because I'm overweight. And when i said I was doing a day 21 blood test in two days , ge said you can do it today. And he then followed up with you aren't getting pregnant because of your weight. I was in tears.

That's great! Fingers crossed it comes soon and you can start fresh. Are you planning to restart TTC immediately?

@Ella31 reading your post makes my blood boil. Good riddance! Hopefully your new consultant will be more tactful and considerate.

Thank you! I’ve not felt this relieved in a long while 😅 Not quite yet, I’ve not been discharged from the molar clinic yet. I have another blood test on Friday. If that comes back clear I’ll be free to TTC 🤞🏻If not, the monitoring will have to continue

@Ella31 don't worry. Last pregnancy I got a BFN at 10dpo with last pregnancy but a faint positive at 11dpo. So you are not out yet ❤️

@Figtree11 good signs. Willing AF for you. And also crossing fingers you get the all clear after your test on Friday.
@Ella31 I'm pleased they've swapped consultants for you no problem. Makes you wonder that may not be the first time they've heard such complaints!

@Ella31 sorry your consultant was so lacking in empathy - some people really focus on weight as if that will magically fix everything. Although not the outcome you wanted this month I hope AF shows soon so you can get the right testing done this month ❤️

@ThelastRolo20 thank you, AF arrived today 🎉 I had been worrying for weeks thinking I could have ashermans syndrome or something so I feel very relieved

Thanks @ThelastRolo20 having gotten pregnant 3 times with my last being successful bar the twin condition, I don't know why he felt the need. But anyway....

Morning all, 8dpo caved and BFN, I know it's super early. Cervix high and hard so probably out this month anyway.

@Ella31 How are you this morning, your 11dpo now aren't you? Any signs? Xxx

No I'm definitely out. I've had cramps and bfn again. Just waiting for it to arrive so I can book my HSG test. Fingers crossed for you

@Onthedouble123 i’m hoping so, as I think if my period has arrived then my blood HCG should now be low enough that I’m clear.

Its all so weird though, I’m so desperate to TTC again, but when I think about going though it, then hopefully getting a BFP, to then deal with the stress of it potentially ending in another loss is just a lot to deal with. I know you all think the same. It’s just a minefield of emotions

@DonnaWhat sorry that it’s a BFN, but 8dpo is still early so have everything crossed for you

It's an absolute headwreck but you keep telling yourself every pregnancy is different and has it's own set of chances. I was three months pregnant this time last year with my boys and I remember the relief coming out of the scan. I had convinced myself that it would go the sane way as my two mc's before. Obviously being identical brought their own issues later but the point is that pregnancy was so far removed from my other two. So for now celebrate that your body is going in the right direction. It's great progress

@Figtree11 I've been cramping the last two days now so I knew af is close. If was our wedding anniversary yesterday. But we just went for a drive , we're supposed to go away for a few days but it's just too painful at the moment without our sons. Better days ahead hopefully.
