Starting thread number 4, can you believe it? Congrats to everyone who has been lucky the last few threads and for those who have had recent losses again or new, keep strong, you are amazing. To those still trying, it will happen, myself included there and we will support each other.

I'll just include a foreward for anyone new who joins us, this is a supportive group for anyone who has had a loss, no matter how early or late. Everyone here has experieced the upset and understands.

Ive gone through the list and more than likely left people out so add anyone you think I've forgotten.

@jellyfish2 I'm not sure what to do differently. We've been doing SMEP for a couple of months, preseed this month. I'm on vitamin C (1 g), folic acid (400 mcg) / vitamin D (10 mcg), CoQ10 (300 mg) and omega 3 (2 g). My cycle is regular.
I guess it's just our old eggs and sperm 😕

I've definitely ovulated as I can see it from my temps and my positive opk a few days ago but did any of ye have watery cm at 2dpo. I keep thinking my af is coming or egcm. It's so weird

@Ella31 please don’t be harsh on yourself. Let’s stay positive if we can, I know it’s difficult and very draining though.

tomorrow is our first wedding anniversary and we’re flying to Santorini - I’m also 6dpo tomorrow.
will be due to test the day we fly back home. I’m purposely not taking any tests with me so I don’t obsess over it while we’re away.
if I get any significant symptoms I’m sure I’ll be able to find a test on the island but until then I’m going to enjoy myself :)

@DonnaWhat I'm okay thank you. Gearing myself up for bad news on Tuesday. Very sore boobs, bloating and gagged on my toothbrush this morning. But am taking progesterone so that's all meaningless! Still got that seed of hope until it's confirmed either way and obvs would be amazing if by some miracle it's all fine but trying to just stay grounded and level headed. If it's bad news we can just head off on holiday and switch off from it all then look at hopefully going back to the IVF plan in August.
I'm willing you all to get your BFPs this month!
@jellyfish2 what is seed cycling?

@Onthedouble123 seed cycling is where you have 2 tablespoons of flax seeds and pumpkin seeds each day if the first half of your cycle. The second half after ovulation you do the same but with sesame seeds and sunflower seeds. It's supposed to regulate hormones but I'm not sure if there's any evidence in it.

@jellyfish2 oh, I've never heard of that. Isn't it crazy how mother nature works! You seem like a good advert for it at least! Xx

You should absolutely have hope. For what it's worth I haven't done anything different this pregnancy so it was obviously all out of my control and bad luck!
