Thought I’d make a new thread for those of us Ttc in February 2024. I know some of us will cross over from end of Jan to Feb! Wishing everyone all the luck ✨❤️

I am CD4 with a 33 day cycle so right at the start for me!

Ooooh that is exciting! I’m 3 days behind you so I’ll be roughly the same! Hopefully we’ll have a lucky February! 🤞

Can I join? CD14 and due to ovulate in the next couple of days but won’t be testing until Feb.

CD1 for me today - cruelly had two unmistakable positives shortly followed by a very angry AF so I’m going to disappear away for a bit and grump but I’ll be back in about a week as I try to figure out ovulation sticks…!

Hi all! I will be starting TTC in February for our first! So excited and nervous about this journey. I have PCOS so expecting it to take a while, which is why we're starting this year and not next year.

Currently on CD 20... Expecting AF late Jan/early Feb and then we'll get going! 😏

Ooh I'll join you. Currently on CD30 I think so have a little while to chill before trying again. Will try to use opks and actually properly catch my ovulation this time. I usually can't be arsed to do them twice a day so I roughly know what's going on when I start getting darker lines, but clearly I have got the timings wrong as nothing has happened yet. Haha.

I wouldn't mind an October baby. 🥰

I’m on CD 1 of a 35 day cycles. I had my copper IUD removed in May and we’ve been trying since then but looking at my Flo app, I think we’ve only really hit my fertile period 3 times. I’m using the Clearblue and easy at home OPK tests 😊

I’m a bit nervous because I’ve had irregular cycles and very heavy periods in the past. My doctors surgery happily did blood tests for me to check hormone levels to rule out any issues and I should have those results later this week.

I’m on CD2 after a MMC in December, my cycles are usually 26-28 days so we’ll be trying in January and testing in February 🤞🏼

I’ve kept taking folic acid right the way through, plus Ultra Iron, vit D, B12, zinc and omega 3. I’ve also got some Pre-Seed which we didn’t use before. I did try to tell myself we’d just take it easy, but I think after the MMC I just want to feel like we’re trying everything we can.

Yeah I understand about wanting to feel like you’re trying everything. I take Active Iron and multivitamins which seems to have everything needed in them. I’ve read on here that some people also take COQ10 but not sure what the benefits are meant to be? It’s also crossed my mind to try Pre-Seed. What made you decide to try it this month?

Going onto cycle 9 now of ttc and I'm cycle day 2!!

Co enzyme Q10 is good for egg quality as far as i know, female often put on a stronger strength by consultants.....
I take it myself, I also use preseed last 4/5 months its dear enough....reviews on the product is really good but doesn't mean a guarantee.....
I use clear blue 4 day ovulation tests,used the boots ones last month, used fert lily cup this month...nothing is a guarantee...just doing my best and trying not to obsess...

I’ve just gone on a bit of a rampage as it happens on boots online - I’ve bought proceive for us both (so so spenny… it might be a one month thing!) and pre-seed as well.

I’m already on Co Q10 as it was recommended to help covid recovery. And, my trusty magnesium for the same reason.

I have decided I will use the clearblue ovualtion sticks too - I’m convinced I ovulate late so let’s test my theory this month! Do I just use FMU for the purple ones of those, does anyone know? I’ll struggle if its a later wee if I’m in the office…

My hubby’s now banned from coffee 😂 and I am declaring it an entirely stress free month.

Anyone reading this or first time TTC, please don’t be put off by me saying I’m doing all this! I am sure I’m only doing this to make myself feel like I have some control over this, after quite a gutting morning. x

@ButterflySkies I think I read on here that you should do ovulation sticks in the afternoon, but I’m sure someone more knowledgeable will be able to clarify! I’ve never used them but have a stash I bought in the autumn before conceiving in Sept/Oct so I’m going to try them this month out of interest too

CD 10....I guess?? I think my cycles are irregular 😞 my period came 10 days early based on my previous 2 tracked cycles so NO CLUE when I ovulated or if I ovulated. I am 41.....

What do everyone's CD numbers mean? Presumably some point in our cycle but can't figure it out!

Well the CD is a marker of where you are at in relation to ovulation.

I guess I'm back to day 1. AF just arrived.

TTC baby no1, this is our 3rd cycle. You know what they say 3rd time lucky! Husband has a busy month ahead so I don't think it's going to be as lucky as the saying says but you never know!

BUT if your body sucks like mine.....not a good indicator of anything....I know i ovulated last month but. No clue if I'll ovulate this month. I don't THINK I ovulated yet as my period just ended last week.
