I can see lots of TWW threads for end of April but I thought I’d start one for any of us who are 1dpo in early May.

I’m 1dpo today. Fourth cycle of trying for second baby. Ovulation day came a week early for us this week, but we DTD 3 times in the fertile window so I’m hopeful.

I don’t remember getting any early symptoms with my last pregnancy.

I usually test waaaay too much. So get ready to see loads of iffy faint lines -ha!

What about you?

@PollyDarton1 I'm queen of leaving my tests out too long and reading evap lines as positive 😂 had them on loads of tests but never the boots ones

10DPO tomorrow and very nervous about testing in the morning. Got a BFP at 8DPO :(

@HavinKittens lol yes I got a BFN yesterday morning so 8DPO... I know it's early to test but just made me scared of seeing more negatives. Only cycle 2 of TTC #2 so unsure why I'm being so pathetic when it's still early days

Both Boots tests now have lines on them - it's hours since I've done them but they both have distinguishable lines.

I've also had a v v faint line on Easy@Home which was within the window, but looks very similar to the evaps I've had before.

Out of Boots tests now - when DP gets home from work I'm going to drive to the late night Boots and get some more for tomorrow.

Hopefully using FMU tomorrow you should have a better idea of these are real positives or evaps

Probably nothing (again, I think I've been here three times with evaps!)

I’m sorry :( the disappointment can be heart breaking.

I feel like I’ve sort of giving up. I think I’m going to stop tracking and just let nature take its course. Surely at some stage we will get a positive.

we haven't even dtd this cycle yet! i ovulate late around day 18/19 - honestly i feel at my wits end.

everyone around me seems to be announcing pregnancies and i keep getting that wish that was me too feeling

Urgh same. An acquaintance announced her pregnancy in a group chat recently and I didn’t reply right away as I was feeling a bit meh. So then she sends me a private message - I guess trying to be kind - but I found it pretty annoying to be honest. Wish she could have just let me congratulate her in my own time. It had only been three hours since she announced it!

@HavinKittens ahhh agree that's annoying, what's the need to message privately when you already got the message in the group!

It is heartbreaking as I don't have a lot of time to conceive really, I'm six months from being 39!

I'm not hopeful for tomorrow as I've been here so many times before.

@PollyDarton1 How did this mornings test go?

@HavinKittens Thats soo off, why would she even message you private... Also We have stopped tracking from last month and I found that it was soo much more enjoyable, rather than soo strict.

@Soph2512 I think I have a vvvvv faint line on an Easy@Home but heading to get Boots tests after I drop DS at school. I feel dreadful though, so tired and achy and headachy?

that was exactly how i felt with the baby last month! with added really runny nose! so fingers crossed!

@HavinKittens that’s strange her messaging privately again so soon after original message. Is she aware ur ttc? I know the feeling so well, ur happy for them but just devastated for urself, it’s like a punch in the stomach 🙈 hope ur ok❤️

I've had on and off cold symptoms since I ovulated, but has hit again today! When I ovulated I had the stuffiest nose, and then it randomly went away. Now I've got a sore throat etc.

The line is so faint and it could be an evap to be honest, so don't want to get my hopes up. I've called in sick to work as I'm just exhausted

@DmcinT yes she knows we are ttc and knows about my miscarriage in Jan. Her message was about how her “ news” could be difficult for me.

yeah that’s exactly what I thought. Why chase after me with your good news if you think I might be hurting? I would understand if I had disappeared from the chat for ages but it was three hours! 😂It felt smug, even if that’s not what she intended.

@HavinKittens yeah she really gave it no time. It may have been well intended but just feels a bit pushy, like she’s pushing for ur congratulations. Did u reply to her directly?

@LlamaMamma deff still early days, was ur 8 dpo a faint line or what did it look like?

@PollyDarton1 it’s unlikely u got another evap though so if ur seeing a faint line it’s deff looking good. I had those flu like symptoms before bfp too, sneezing so much (and uncontrollable yawning for some reason😅) so 🤞🏽 For u 🥰
