I can see lots of TWW threads for end of April but I thought I’d start one for any of us who are 1dpo in early May.

I’m 1dpo today. Fourth cycle of trying for second baby. Ovulation day came a week early for us this week, but we DTD 3 times in the fertile window so I’m hopeful.

I don’t remember getting any early symptoms with my last pregnancy.

I usually test waaaay too much. So get ready to see loads of iffy faint lines -ha!

What about you?

@Soph2512 how many DPO are you? Digitals can take ages to show a BFP even if AF is already late...Your lines were really clear on your earlier tests so unless AF is here things are still looking good.

My other tests looks fainter too and the digital said 1-2 weeks 2 days ago ☹️

Hello! Hope you are all well and baby dust to all TTC!

Thought I'd update you all on my situation (fell pregnant January, MMC March, retained products and falling then rising again hcg).

I had some bleeding around 4-5 days ago and my faint positive tests have FINALLY gone negative. I think the last remaining retained products (which started growing again in May/early June, very very rare!) have finally left my system.

So many blood tests, scans, conflict and confusion between hospitals and consultants) and 6 months of uncertainty - and I think it's all over now. I'm due on my period in around a week's time, hoping it's a normal, heavy period so I can start trying again per the doctor's advice next cycle.

Can't wait for some hormonal stability and a healthy cycle. Wouldn't wish this long, drawn out process on anyone. Interestingly my friend has just been through the exact same thing - she had surgical management for a MMC while I had medical management... goes to show it can happen with either 🙈 What an absolute nightmare it's been!

@fleur89 gosh you've been through such a hard time ! Really hope this will be a good fresh cycle for you !

I'm CD6 and will be trying to track.. might even try to find my old bbt thermometer! But also not wanting it to become stressfull.. although I do find it weirdly exciting to follow haha oh the madness of ttc 😅

@fleur89 thank you for your update, sorry to hear you’ve had such a long drawn out loss. That sounds bloody hard. I hope things will be easier going forward.

Oh @Soph2512 that sounds so confusing. Is it possibly a chemical pregnancy? Or did you use diluted urine for the CB? I'm crossing my fingers for you.

I did the Boots test which was negative. I think the E@H batch I had were just prone to evaps - the batch I used beforehand weren't, but I know they are like that sometimes.

I'm going to take a OPK in a moment and see where my LH is at, I had strong OPK two days ago and DTD yesterday, so I guess if I was ovulating then it might still stick. My BBT is dropping rather than rising though which suggests AF is due!

Thank you to everyone for well wishes! Honeslty I have no clue! It’s soo hard. The doctor was pretty useless because I’m not bleeding she has added it pregnant 🙄 great! 🙄

@Soph2512 hope you are doing ok. Can you get the doctors to do your bloods to see where they are at?

@Unicorn25 i had to push to get a blood test and then they can only fit me in a week on Friday. So I assume by then I would know either way.. I took another test today and it was positive this evening so I’m soo confused.

@Soph2512 how annoying. When did you get your first positive, was it Friday?

@Unicorn25 i got my first positive v v v v faint on Wednesday. Clear blue positives on Saturday when they arrived. I’m sooo confused 😳

I don’t understand!!! I got a not pregnant this morning and 3 faint lines then this evening a pregnant 1-2 weeks! I now have no clue what’s going on

Maybe it was that test??
This is so odd.
Hope you can get some tests and reassurance sorted out soon, the not knowing can be torture x

@HavinKittens i will have my blood test in a few weeks so I’ll just sit tight for that and test again Friday to see if anything has changed

Oh wow @Soph2512 would they give you a scan ? Or is it too early to see anything ? Hope you're doing OK considering !

@Goldie1234 they wouldn’t even gove me a blood test without pushing so I doubt I will get a scan. :( I will probably book one for a few weeks time.

@Soph2512 how confusing and stressful! When was AF due?

@Soph2512 oh I’m sorry this is so confusing for u. Did u explain to the dr how ur getting positives on the digitals? Im surprised they didn’t just take bloods for hcg levels as that would explain it very quickly.

@DmcinT I pushed for a blood test and luckily there has been some cancelations one for today one for friday without having to wait for a week.. fingers crossed all is ok though.

Two days late for me, used a cheapie yesterday which was a bfn so it's definitely just a long cycle for me 🙄

@Unicorn25 I havent tested today but I did a cheapy last night too which was a very strong positive so im hoping the negative was just a bad test.

CD7 so should be coming up to my fertile week now but feel a bit hopeless about it all after my low progestogen result.

I will be speaking to GP today about next steps.

Would your gp prescribe progesterone pessaries?
