I can see lots of TWW threads for end of April but I thought I’d start one for any of us who are 1dpo in early May.

I’m 1dpo today. Fourth cycle of trying for second baby. Ovulation day came a week early for us this week, but we DTD 3 times in the fertile window so I’m hopeful.

I don’t remember getting any early symptoms with my last pregnancy.

I usually test waaaay too much. So get ready to see loads of iffy faint lines -ha!

@Kat7542 I haven't done bbt in years but think that dip indicates ovulation, from what I can remember!

In a weird and perhaps wonderful update I've been testing with internet cheapies this morning - all have 'dried' to a v v v faint line. OPK are still showing strong.

I've got some v weird symptoms for me - stuffy nose/runny nose/sore throat, constipation, spotting (which never usually happens), my teeth hurt too.

DP is going to get some Boots tests after work. I would love if I am pregnant to get a BFP today of all days!

I've been lurking for a while but now officially ready to jump on the bandwagon if you'll have me?

I'm TTC #2 and already have a daughter who is just over 2.

I've been off my pill for a couple of months just to try and get an idea what's happening with my cycle but being careful to avoid fertile days as I just got married last week and didn't want to be pregnant for the wedding 😂

I'm on CD 10 according to Flo and that's predicting ovulation on the 24th.

I'm going to take a relaxed approach this month and not do any ovulation tests or anything and just see what happens. If nothing then I'll start with the ovulation tests next month.

Anyone remotely near me cycle wise?

@PollyDarton1 how exciting, we’ve gone from me saying you’re coming on AF to these shadowy lines! I can definitely see something!

Yes I see those lines too! Hopeful for a positive update!

I’m CD4. Not feeling v hopeful cause of the low progestrogen result. Will hear from GP next Wednesday about next steps.

DP is getting some Boots tests on the way home from work. I did a FRER and was negative. I hope hope hope hope these aren't evap lines 😩

@PollyDarton1 argh. I think if FRER is negative then maybe they are evaps. I think FRER measures down to 5-6 whereas boots test is 10.

That's what I thought @HavinKittens - but seems weird that there are evaps on all 3 of them, and I looked at another of those tests I did yesterday and can see nothing!

Thank you everyone! @HavinKittens I didn't have grand plans on how to tell him but being Father's Day worked well 😂 after doing the test I got back into bed and waited for him to wake up, then I rolled over with the test and just said Happy Fathers Day 😂

@Goldie1234 so I know it sounds silly but I just felt different. Like an underlying ill feeling, nothing to stop me doing things but I've felt on and off sick which is very unlike me, only feeling better when I've eaten something. Other things I noticed was increased thirst and cramping, but a different feeling to AF style cramps. I also had 3 days of spotting which I've never had before and Friday and Saturday I had a really bad headache that I woke up with and really bad bloating! Like my stomach feels pretty solid. I also had foot cramp and shooting pains in my upper thigh, which had I not been in the TWW i'd probably not have paid any attention to!

It seems quite a lot now writing it down 😅 all small by themselves but when put together I was noticing them!

@PollyDarton1 oh gosh! Fingers crossed! Very cruel if 3 internet cheapies are lying though! I've got my fingers crossed for you.

How low do internet cheapies measure down to?

Oops no I just googled and easy at home tests are 25. So if they were positive, you should get a clear positive on FRER. but I guess it would also depend on whether it was FMU or not too.

@HavinKittens yes that's right, I just looked at the box 🤦🏻‍♀️😂

@PollyDarton1 I can see something but feel like if they were after the time they could well be evaps. Also I would imagine that it would show on a frer before easy@home. Your opk does look positive though, could you be ovulating?

The evaps seem to be getting stronger as the day goes on, I'm sure I read E@H could detect down to 10 and the FRER I did was with more diluted urine. When I do the test I think I can see a line appear within the time frame, but it's clearer once the test dries.

I've shown DP and even he can see the lines 😂

I could be ovulating but I'm on CD34.

Hi @MLN89 sorry I didn’t welcome you earlier! Welcome to the thread :)

Definitely not pregnant, these were evap lines - and pretty strong ones because they came up fairly early on after testing. I did one of the tests with just water and that had a much fainted evap line but still there.

I'm testing this morning with FMU on a Boots which should show up if I am but I highly doubt it it'll be anything other than BFN.

Just to update you all I will be back joining you next month now I took another test this morning it is was negative e

oh no @Soph2512 I can’t understand that, did you use fmu? I think digitals can be the least sensitive. Do other tests still look positive?
