Got it! Was just thinking about us needing to start a new one 😊 definitely want to get in some fun DTD over Christmas @Bellabubble which is why it’s annoying me that this bleeding won’t go away 😂

SS123456 · 22/12/2020 14:23

Marking my place too! Thanks for setting up! 😍

bez91 · 22/12/2020 15:34

Thanks for sorting @Bellabubble

The hospital rang me this afternoon just as a follow up call to see how I was doing and if I had any questions following the surgical procedure 3 weeks ago tomorrow. I said I was still testing positive the last one I did Saturday. She asked me to go in tomorrow just to do some tests etc to see see my levels 🤷‍♀️ didn't expect her to say that to be honest but they have been super good there so that's reassuring!

PumpkinEverything · 22/12/2020 16:22

Oh that’s good that they’re on the ball @bez91 hopefully everything comes back okay tomorrow 😊

elsimo · 22/12/2020 16:52

Guys can I ask ur advice? I'm now on cycle day 29 (12dpo according to peak fertility clear blue).
I had cramps a couple days ago and some very light spotting but now everything has disappeared!!
I havd dons cheapie tests and they are negative.
I'm tired but apart from that no other symptoms.
Am I safe to have a gin tonight do u think?

Hanbanxx · 22/12/2020 17:18

Hi everyone. I discussed this before but just to repeat that I had a natural miscarriage at six weeks on 28.11.2020. Pregnancy test has been negative for the last three weeks but I still haven't ovulated. I'm testing three times a day and desperate for it to happen! Xx

Tink20058 · 22/12/2020 17:29

susiebluebell · 22/12/2020 17:33

Hi, jumping over from the December thread! Thanks @Bellabubble!

Hope everyone is having a good week xx

PumpkinEverything · 22/12/2020 18:26

@elsimo I’ve seen people before say ‘drink until it’s pink’ which makes me think it’s okay 😂 otherwise I have no idea!

susiebluebell · 22/12/2020 18:51

Yes @elsimo having one gin isn't going to do you or possible baby any harm 💕 😊

Lollol86 · 22/12/2020 19:35

Just marking my place, thank you for the new thread x

legohaus · 22/12/2020 19:44

Hi ladies - can I join? I had a MC at the beginning of November. I have one child already.

We're back to TTC again and would love some company for the ride! x

Wishingfornumber2 · 22/12/2020 20:00

Just marking my place. Thanks for the new thread @Bellabubble.

I think I am randomly going to skip a cycle. Day 58 and no AF but also getting bfn’s. App on my phone says I’m next due AF on 2nd Jan so will see what happens then.

elsimo · 22/12/2020 20:06

Thanks guys enjoying my gin now :)

SophW194 · 22/12/2020 20:42

Hi guys, do you mind if I join ? 🙂. I started bleeding 9th November and ended up having surgery for the miscarriage 1st dec (3 weeks ago today).

I have been doing opks and think I’m close to getting a positive I so hope so anyway !

Hope everyone has a better time over Christmas xx

HappyVibes · 22/12/2020 21:10

Hope everyone is doing ok

TheDaydreamBelievers · 22/12/2020 21:17

Marking my place!

@SophW194 do you mind me asking if you've had a negative pregnancy test yet? I had MMC surgery on 30/11

SophW194 · 22/12/2020 21:24

Hiya ! Yes I’ve had negative pregnancy tests now, they were pretty faint from 11th and then I think my first true negative was on the 15th so a week ago now. I started getting fertile cm in the last few days so I’m hoping my body is beginning to reset. Have you taken any tests yet ? I was getting false positives on opk cos of residual hcg at first I think xx

vitaminb33 · 22/12/2020 21:58

Also marking a place - thanks for making a new thread @Bellabubble!

I've lost track of the thread a little. Just waiting for my first period (which I think is starting now, just over 4 weeks after surgical management).

I've been feeling pretty good overall but had quite a bad experience yesterday when a midwife phoned asking me "why had I missed my appointment this morning?". I had to tell her I'd had a miscarriage. The poor midwife was mortified and furious at the hospital for not informing her. I tried to tell her it was fine and I understood that admin must be chaotic at the moment but it didn't help that I could barely talk through crying. I felt really awful for her, she kept saying how sorry she was for calling me. I don't want to worry anyone else from the midwife's reaction I'm hoping this is quite uncommon! I was a little bit shocked at how extremely I reacted, I was inconsolable for hours. It made me a little worried that I'm not as recovered as I thought? But I guess maybe grief is like that.

Hope everyone is doing okay and able to enjoy the holidays x

Bellabubble · 22/12/2020 22:25

@vitaminb33 I think a lot of people have had letters/calls about appointments if I remember rightly from previous threads :( I’m lucky in that the midwife assigned to my Doctors texts as well as rings - so I have been able to text her each time to say I won’t need the appointment, and she has then sorted it, but it shouldn’t have to be like that!

vitaminb33 · 22/12/2020 22:41

@Bellabubble oh god that's awful! I'm so sorry to everyone else this has happened to! They definitely need better systems for it then, it could seem like a small thing but it completely wrecked me. Thankfully my hospital and GP managed to sort it but I think they left the midwives out of the loop.

Halli2020 · 23/12/2020 02:12

Hello everyone. Me and partner were TTC after ectopic surgery back in October, lost baby at 8 weeks. A week ago got another positive result, but hcg levels were low so possible ectopic again or miscarriage.. Absolutely gutted. Just marking my place here too. Good luck everyone. Baby dust xx
