Hey girls... thought I'd make a new post I'm struggling to find new ones 😂 I'm 28 nearly 29 and my other half is also the same age! I'm currently on my period and this is the month we have decided to start trying! I'm so excited but also do not want to get my Hope's up as I know it can be a very long journey to get that BFP! Anyone else trying this month? I'm looking to get ovulation sticks to increase my chances xxx

@mc3209 I read something somewhere that it is possible to completely miss it on the tests depending on when you're testing and when it actually happens! Holding out hope! I'm as excited to hear everyone else's updates this month as I am for myself!

I think aslong as u do them every morning from when you think you are ovulating it should be ok! I know some months some people dont ovulate at all 😫 but I think that's more common if you have PCOS or maybe just come off the injections ... il let you know how I get on.. my next period is due around the 28th so il do a test around then! Let me know how you all get on! Baby dust to you all xxx

Yeah, one article somewhere suggested testing twice a day as not to miss the LH surge, but to be honest, I don't think I want to do ovulation tests at work (just yet). Maybe in the next cycle (if there will be a next cycle).

First month of “trying” for us too. I track everything on an app so I think I ovulated on the 21st/22nd and we DTD but a week later I had loads of CM so I’m not sure if I’ve ovulated a week later than expected or if it could be pregnancy related. AF is due today but no sign of it as yet. Trying to be relaxed about it and just let it happen but it’s so hard not to Symptom spot!

I’ll wait and see if AF shows up in the next few days if not I’ll go get some tests at the weekend.

I've decided not to get obsessed with it. Might even stop OPKs. Apparently the more you let it go, the faster things will happen. Will need to book myself into more yoga classes and take on more at work too Smile

Hey girls how are you all getting on? I've been using the clear blue ovulation tests and I got my first flashing smiley today so going to get at it tonight and for the next few days! :) I'm shocked as says on my flo app I'm not due to ovulate till the 13th! Going to test every day until I get the solid smiley cxxx

I'm still waiting for my peak ovulation so I've got at least a 2WW :( what about you? Have you started testing yet xxx

Haven't started testing either. Planning to hold off until 20th of Feb.
I must be coming down with something bug, feeling a bit blah and under the weather. At least it takes away my mind off 2WW!

I'm supposed to ovulate tomorrow but still getting negative ovulation tests.

Ah I wont be testing long after you then! Fingers crossed! And Elley what ovulation tests are you using? My clear blue ones look negative but been having a flashing face the past 3 days.... I had the jelly mucus this morning so think it will be either tomo or the next day xxx

@abby25 just cheap ones from amazon. I think I'm gonna get the clearblue tests next month! Not feeling optimistic about this month!

The thing is on the clear blue ones on the actual strips aren't saying positive but the line is slowly getting darker each day so just makesure you keep trying even when you domt think you are ovulating as you might be surging and obviously sperm can live up to 5 days anyway xxx
