First month of ttc

Hey girls... thought I'd make a new post I'm struggling to find new ones 😂 I'm 28 nearly 29 and my other half is also the same age! I'm currently on my period and this is the month we have decided to start trying! I'm so excited but also do not want to get my Hope's up as I know it can be a very long journey to get that BFP! Anyone else trying this month? I'm looking to get ovulation sticks to increase my chances xxx

The waiting is the worst isn’t it??
Okay well I’m getting nothing at all on the ovulation things, but TMI warning, have had the tiniest amount of brown spotting this am. Not sure what’s going on 😂 currently on day 59.

@Ughmaybenot mine are still negative aswell I'm on CD 17 today I'm getting super impatient 🤣 ooooo spotting could be a good sign thay things are happening xxx

@Ughmaybenot have u joined the Facebook group that's with the premom app? It's called 'get pregnant fast with premom' has thousands of crazy ladys like us on there and everyone shares their charts etc and asks for opinions on charts etc! I'm obsessed Haha xxx

@abby25 oh god no, in all honesty I don’t think that would do me any good, I’m finding myself thinking about all this a bit too much as it is 🙈

Ah that’s so disappointing!! Still having this weird spotting very light and very on and off. Hate this limbo I seem to be in 🤦🏼‍♀️ hope you are all good lovely x

@abby25 nope 😔 it’s getting a bit shit for me really! I’m debating calling the doctor, I know it’s probably limited what they can do right now but even just to get the ball rolling.

@abby25 17th March, ended on 21st March. I had a couple of days of spotting a week ago but that was super light and nothing really to speak of and I’ve had absolutely nothing since.

Decided to phone the doctor this morning (in other words, husband insisted!) as still no sign of my period and seeing as they’ve never been regular (18-60+ Days) it’s something I probably should’ve asked about sooner. Typical me to do this in the middle of a pandemic 😂

Yea best to get checked by the doctor they can give you medication to make your periods more regular xxx

Spoke to the doctor, he was, as expected, quite relaxed about the whole thing. ‘Some women are just irregular’ and so I’ve to wait and see. He says if I get 2-3 months down the line and still have concerns, I’m to come back to him.
Guess we’ll see how it pans out.

Ovulated 5 days ago admins we DTD 2 days after ovulation

I know it's unlikely get pregnant first time but since DDT I felt uncomfortable lower abdomen and yesterday and today really bad trapped wind/ slight cramps like period pains. Am I over thinking or can these be early signs!?

Hey @bigfootfred , Welcome aboard! I think they could be potential early signs, but our bodies do like to play tricks on us sometimes. The two week wait is the worst isn’t it?

@Ughmaybenot yes the wait is awful! I feel quite PMTy now so not sure I think I am being abit too hopeful.

The annoying thing is if I don't conceive this month we have to wait until Janurary to try again

Four months, but I’ve a crazy irregular cycle so I only had periods in Feb and March

Hi all, just been diagnoised was anyone told that they needed to loose weight before having any help with fertility? I’ve been told to loose 11 stone before I will even be referred for any help or support ( Based on BMI) level?

Also this is the longest I have gone in my cycle and kinda worrying really, I’m now on Day 81 and extra worried 😞
