2ww starts here! Any early September testers want to join me?

Some of you may recognize my username from the pregnancy and miscarriage boards. DH and I have been TTC since September 2016 and I had a MMC in January followed by an early MC in May. We took a break but got back on the wagon last month and this is our second month of TTC again.

I think I ovulated yesterday and we have DTD three times in the last four days, so I'm hopeful this might be the month for us! AF is due on 3rd September and I know it's going to be a long wait. Anyone want to join for some 2ww support?

I'm due 2nd September - not holding out much hope as I've been away most of fertile window - just bloody typical isn't it! Fingers crossed for you polly got lots to keep me busy over the next few weeks with decorating but I know it won't help my mental side!

I'll join you. I'm due on 4th September. Cycle 9 for us this time. We've tried our best I think I ovulated yesterday or maybe day before. We have DTD every day for past 4 days and will again tonight. Fingers crossed. Hoping not to be too crazy with the symptom spotting and not testing until AF is due. Keep me strong! Haha

I'm due 6 September. Due to ovulate in two days time I think. Ov tests so far have been negative. This will be dc 2.

Hi all! Ovia is saying I'm due 29th Aug but that's based on a 4 weeks cycle and I've always had a 5 week one.. not sure if that can be changed.
I THINK I got my first positive OPK yesterday but have been away all week with work so haven't managed to dtd that much this week. OPK has a very light line today so I'm taking that as a negative (using the cheapie one step ones)

Muggle, yes you can change Ovia, but I think it changes yourself as you add your information into it. My cycles are 5 weeks too and it accounts for that.

Probably not much point however as I'm 99% sure I haven't ovulated this month despite having positive opks 4 days ago. Temp not shifted still. We also only dtd the night before my first positive, then the night when it first went back to negative (NOT planned that way)

However in my mind I'm somewhere in the 2WW 😂 I can hope there's a miracle anyway and need somewhere to be through the wait!

Welcome all! I think I might be the only TTCer not to use ovulation testing kits I live in China and they're hard to get here, plus I get ovulation pain so I can usually tell anyway. I just try to jump DH as much as possible when Ovia tells me I am in my fertile window and hope for the best!

Hi I'll join! AF due 5th September, cycle 1, ovulation tomorrow according to Flo!

We've dtd loads the past week and I'll be jumping OHs bones tomorrow.

Trying for #2 we already have a 2 yo DD.

I'm not using the sticks either polly - Flo is about as far as I'll go. We're not getting stressed over it, just not using contraception and enjoying it! If it happens, it happens! Hope it does though!

3rd (slightly) elevated temp this morning so FF now showing ovulation did happen and I'm now 3dpo. Makes our chances low though as only did dtd 3 days before this month.
I've promised myself I will only test this month if I see a dip in my temp around 9dpo/prime implantation time. Last month I must have spent £50 on tests as was so convinced we had timed it spot on. So with little chance this month anyway I really need to stay strong 😂

I'll join too - AF due on 31st Aug so testing on 30th Aug. Totally fallen out with Ovia this month as she lies about fertile week and cannot be trusted! Hoping we caught it in time.

Hi all, can I join? AF is due September 1st. This is our 4th cycle, had a chem last month. I have a wedding September 2nd, really want to hold off poas until we get back on 3rd

I'm due on 2 September - we have a wedding on 31 August though so I may will end up testing early.

I'm trying to be totally zen about it and avoid symptom spotting.. which is kind of helped by me feeling absolutely exhausted all of a sudden so I have no energy to symptom spot...but then I wonder if tiredness is a symptom?! At 3 DPO it seems unlikely though!

@Polly I get really sensitive and itchy nipples just after ovulation and just before AF is due. Totally new and totally annoying!

Hiii, can i join please?... Due 7th September... On cycle one. New to all this so not really sure what's what. Though I have been off my pill since June 2016 and using apps to track my AF. TTC#1.

Welcome all! Glad to see it's not just me with the crazy early symptom- spotting and testing luckily I'm very busy at work for the next two weeks, which should take my mind off it (but probably won't haha)

Around 5/6dpo today and the wee twinges have turned into a couple proper pains, more like ovulation pains in the right side of my pelvis/lower gut. I'm trying to downplay it as possibly just my gut or a uti but could it be implantation??? On our way on our holidays and I'll be quite happy if I am sick with proper symptoms!

Hi, can I join? Due to test around 2nd Sept. I say 'around' as I don't know when I'll cave yet.
I've got a horrible cold, sore swollen boobs and nipples, I'm bloated and all out of sync because I'm jetlagged from flying back from America on the weekend!
My bladder is really irritated and I had a few sharpish pains in that area after DTD last night.
Of course, its probably nothing as usual...

I will also join. Due the 3rd has a positive Clear Blue ov test on the 19th! First ttc since 2 ectopics! Fingers crossed everyone...

Hey everyone! I spy some familiar faces and some new ones waves

I'll jump on too if I may. On CD10 today with AF due 6th September according to ovia, but I have a feeling it might be three or four days later. Im still not sure what cycle length is 'normal' for me after coming off the pill. I had a 24 day cycle last month but I think in my pre-pill years I was more like 27/28. I guess we'll see!

Good luck to everyone still dtd and opking. I'm still waiting for my opk positive so am pouncing on DH every day just to be on the safe side x
