2ww starts here! Any early September testers want to join me?

Some of you may recognize my username from the pregnancy and miscarriage boards. DH and I have been TTC since September 2016 and I had a MMC in January followed by an early MC in May. We took a break but got back on the wagon last month and this is our second month of TTC again.

I think I ovulated yesterday and we have DTD three times in the last four days, so I'm hopeful this might be the month for us! AF is due on 3rd September and I know it's going to be a long wait. Anyone want to join for some 2ww support?

@lindypops33 everywhere!!! It's awful, back boobs and arms and scalp are the worst

@pablo yeah I've heard about the scalp thing. My head is sooooo itchy at the moment. But again could be a coming off BC thing as I think they can be similar. X

My scalp has been itchy too! Didn't realise this was a symptom, just thought it was new shampoo

I've done some googling as it's driving me crazy

@lindypops33 iron tablets canals you feel very sick. They are rough in the stomach. Try and take them with food and yoghurt to help

@mrsjones17 hi, thanks for that. I have read that you should take them on an empty tummy but taking them with yoghurt sounds good, I like yoghurt. I'll give it a try. X

An even stronger BFP this morning on a clear blue test
What do I do? This is my first so I'm not sure. Do I ring my GP?

Depends where u live mine gp doesn't see u u ring and book with the midwife ...i had a mc in April so was recent that I done this ..u can ring your surgery ans they will tell u what to do ...i also got a strong this morning xxxx

So day 3 late. Haven't did a test in a few days, don't want another BFN with how much those bloody tests cost!

I'm at docs today for my monthly bloods, should I ask nurse to mark pregnancy check too do u think?

It's still early I mean, so will it be too early for them to want to check bloods? I have CD, RA and a bag so any pregnancy would need to be heavily monitored anyway.

Also think I'm getting sinusitis again which is a bitch. Thought it was my menstrual migraine but it's defo sinus related.

@Gudgyx if they are doing bloods anyway then I dont see why they wouldnt be able to check for pregnancy xx

Worth a try I think jo! My cycles could be all mixed up and I could have caught on a day I thought I wasn't fertile and still be too early for a home test.

Sounds funny but has anyone been burping a lot? I seem to be all the time. Is this a symptom?

Milk inhibits iron absorption, do definitely take iron with food but not yoghurt! The liquid iron like spatone is better tolerated by many people, worth a try?

Sounds like there are quite a few BFP's! I love hearing about those, congrats ladies.

Who is back on the bus and due to be testing again late September early October? I'm due again October 4th, so you know only 26 days to go.........

@esme as I have no idea when I'm due AF or when I ovulate or even if I do, I am on the "lets do one every week and see what happens" bus!! 😂

I'm on the September bus! Af seems to have arrived although it's not normal and there was a bit of hcg in my system but too low for viable so retest Monday but yeah I'm on the next bus: do we have a new thread

Ive no idea what's going on.

Been bleeding heavily for 2 days, doubled up with stomach cramps so bad they're making me retch. Feel so low and exhausted! Just want it to stop now! Why is af so bad this month?!

AF finally made an appearance thank goodness. Was due Tuesday but at least I know what's going on now!

I'm still in and hanging on even though I had a bfn this morning! I bought some Superdrug tests as apparently they are the best and I'm hoping a bfp comes through before Tuesday (af due Monday or Tuesday)

Ladies who are itching. What does it mean? I'm itching, especially my scalp but generally everywhere. It's getting right on my nerves!

@lindypops33 I think your a genius. Maybe I should take the stress out of testing and just do one a week as well! 

I'm so sorry @PabloEscobarlo, you've been on such a rollercoaster. I think there's an October bus thread somewhere, might have to set up 'well September was ridiculous, roll on who knows when and weekly testing'.

Sorry your suffering @Freezingwinter winter, AF's been ok ish bleeding wise for me, but the hormones have been sending me completely nuts.

Well, I'm out. AF arrived on Monday just in time to go back to work
On the plus side DH has agreed to extend the ttc for a few months on the condition that we DTD as much as possible during that time... Men... lol
