So in the absence of our lovely founder Hippy, I've set up thread #6 to help us keep up the motivation and PMA.

Congratulations to all our grads, the rest of us may be slacking behind but we'll be there soon!

Loving all these grads!! Brings so many positive vibes! I just be more patient!

We also had the downs test with DD. Again, wouldn't have made the slightest difference but I'm a planner and I would've wanted to get chance to prepare and work out what if anything I'd need to know about. I also took any test that was offered, the more info the better! Not one for surprises!!

OK @dolly I've done some research - apparently they are not offered in NI as terminations are illegal here (not that I would even consider it). Looks like I could have gone privately but they have to be done between 11 and 13 weeks so I'm too late anyway so that's the decision made!

Forgot to add my stats...

Ttc #2
Cycle 11
BFP due 31/5

It's alright Moo. I'm fine. Just eager to get upduffed now I know I can conceive! Lots of PMA and visualisation happen this month!

I've done the list ladies, but I'll wait until lunchtime to upload it in case anyone wants to add their stats. But I can always add them in after anyway.

Bella DS was due on Christmas Eve 2013, and he ended up arriving 29th Dec instead (at 11:56pm, so nearly 30th Dec). After Christmas Eve passed we thought we'd got for a Chrsitmas Day baby, then after that I tried to hold on to have a New Years Eve baby, but he had other ideas!

Thanks for the thread @Archie! Unfortunately @Moo31 was slightly optimistic on my behalf including me in the bfp gang, but hopefully this month...!

Ooh Patient maybe that's a sign that you'll get your BFP this cycle then! If you do, then Moo really does have superpowers and I want her to include us all in her list of the BFP gang next time!!

@ArchiesMamaBird 25/12 is actually wk 40 on the dot so only the first day of wk 40 i doubt very much that i'll go that day! my due date for being born was also 25/12 and i was born 02/01. i bet i end up going into the new year too. i'm actually touched by how it's all worked out for me as my mum passed 18yrs ago so to have all these similarities makes me think she's had an influence in the timing (iv gone awfully soft i know) #bellathebigbaby

i'm intrigued by the screening tests, was just reading them in my "ready, steady, baby" book last night. we will accept all the tests i reckon but the worry and stress that they bring is a factor to consider. we should have all had enough of 2WW! hehe

skiving at work just now as i am absolutely knackered! DH has broken his foot and by god did i hear all about it yesterday... fetch me this that and the next thing! then the tossing and turning in bed all bloody night #rageballs #throatpunchalarm #stilloffcoffee

Oh my goodness patient I was convinced you had graduated! Definitely a sign ;)

@Bella stick him in the spare room! My oh has had a few nights in there to avoid a throat punch for his snoring!!! The dates thing is lovely - your mum is watching over you :) xo

Oh Bella that's lovely. I lost my Dad when I was 17, and I went through a hard time and was out drinking most nights and not going to college, and generally being a bit stupid. Then I met DH and I've always felt like my Dad sent him along at the right time to 'save me'.

And then 4 years ago we were going through a shitty time and everything was going wrong (and I crashed my car and wrote it off) and then 2 days later I found out I was pregnant with DS. And again I felt like he was sent along to us at exactly the time we needed him. So yeah I'm totally soppy too!

Aww @BellaMoon and @ArchiesMamaBird I love those links to your parents. So lovely. My dad passed away last year and it would've been his birthday last week. Nice thought that maybe I implanted then?!! My DH was also very fond of my dad and has already said he'd love to use his name in some way should we have a boy in the future 😍 sweet. #soppysods

On serious knicker watch today. Af due any time and I feel like she's lurking in the wings. She ain't here yet though #crossingeverythingican #eveneyes 😝

Amanda I had strange smelling asparagus pee. When will you do your early scan? I'm thinking of doing one too. I'm very much feeling the fear too as I'm half worried this may be my only chance seeing as I struggled so much to get a bfp in the first place.
So sorry to about your dad cakes, my dad passed 9 years ago, it was his birthday during this bfp cycle and it's why I'd like the name Charlie for a boy.

Thanks for doing the list Archie's fingers crossed we can squeeze in some more January babies, looks like a luck month.

I've got the inlaws coming round and we're going out for tea. We will be telling them as DH booked a restaurant near us so they will give us a lift and it'd be kinda obvious if I don't drink anything. I wanted them to know early anyway as my father in law has cancer and they've had a really shitty few years as he was having a bypass before we got the cancer news. He's doing ok at the moment though thank god. But this will be their first grandchild so I hope they get excited, I'm pretty nervous about telling them, I mean do u just blurt it out? I'm getting DH to do it

Rose Oh that will be so lovely for your inlaws! I bet they will be over the moon and it will give them something positive to look forward to. Yeah get your DH to do it straight away, then you have the whole evening to discuss it together Smile

Awww loving the list!! Thanks Archie's!!! Hoping for some more BFPS woohoo.

I still feel kinda crampy and twingey! It's making me scared. Also had the runs earlier (sozzzzz) but I remember that happening last time when I started taking those pregnacare things.

@rose I really want too I am honestly just a big shitebag so scared this all gets taken away from me 😭 Can't decide whether to get early scan or just wait...

Oh Amanda, I'm sure its normal to be feeling this way after what you went through before. Only a few more weeks and you'll be passed that 9 week mark and hopefully can start enjoying your pregnancy. And cramping is totally normal at the beginning. I had it with DS, and I'm sure lost of our other grads have had them too Smile

I have a question for all you ttc/OV experts. I haven't had my static smiley yet, so I think I've got at least a few more days before I OV, but all afternoon and evening today I've had a bit of a stabbing pain on my right side where I'm sure my ovary is. Does anyone else get OV pain days before you OV?
