I'm still here! Welcome @veegstez - or have you been on here before? Sorry, I'm a bit hopeless when it comes to remembering names. Have you been trying for a long time or just started? I think we are still a nice group of ladies here, however lately our relaxed cycles have led to less Mumsnet-activity

Hippy are you back from your holiday? Are we almost in sync this cycle? I'm 5 dpo today. Nice to not having to symptom spot yet. Not looking forward to the weekend...

Archies since I have been monitored the last two cycles with internal scans around ovulation I have seen for myself that my right ovary has been taking over from my left one where I have a cyst: the dominant follicle has been on the right side both cycles. I have to say, though, that these medicated cycles are a bit too much.

Hi ladies, not sure anyone one remembers me..... I was on the first few original threads, but had some time out, just thought I'd come and update you that I got my BFP on 3rd of sept, really hoping this ones a sticky one, 6 years of trying, 1mc, so very cautious at the mo!! We must be due out first birth soon surely???

patient hiya yeah I'm back in good old Blighty 🇬🇧😊 And yaaaay we are rougly in sync I think. I think my Peggy took a relaxed meander down this cycle as my opks didn't go positive until cd16/17.... managed to get a few well timed baby dances in so fx eh?!

nannyg wow 6 years ttc ... didn't see that yesterday as I was sooooo tired ... you must be over the bloody moon. Fair play for your perseverance 😘

Nanny I remember you! Huge congratulations, such fabulous news! I wish you a healthy and uneventful pregnancy

CD19 and I still haven't OV 🙈 normally I OV on day 14. I didn't have acupuncture this month so I'm wondering if it's that? I'm not too worried though, I'm having all the signs that Peggy will be along any day now 🙃

Hi archies - my Peggy was late too this cycle and I assumed it was because I was on holiday but obviously being away I didn't have my acupuncture either so maybe that was why too ? Interesting 🙃 Great she's coming on the wk end though ... I find baby dancing much more enjoyable on the wk end 🤣

Hippy maybe our Peggy's knew we were having a relaxed cycle and decided to become a bit lazy too 😉 I had a temp rise this morning so I must have OV yesterday at some point so I'm officially in the 2ww now 😬

archies yeah I think you might be right lol ... although after spending over a year now of tracking my cycle I'm fairly confident there's no rhyme or reason or pattern as to what my body does each cycle 😂

Hippy I hear ya! Our bodies just like to keep us guessing 😬😂 I also have no idea which side I OV on this month as I had twinges both sides 🙈 so I literally have no idea if we're in with a chance or if Peggy could have gone down my blocked tube. So I'm going to try not to symptom spot this month (yeah right 🙄) xx

archies - maybe you released on both sides ... does it have to be one or the other ? I have no idea 🤣 I don't get any twinges so I've no idea which side I'm ovulating on ... I do get twitchy though when Peggy's a bit late lol 😂 and as she was late this cycle I'm guessing it's going to be another week before I find out ... assuming that is that I hold off testing 🙄

I'm fine Hippy, thanks for asking Expecting to start spotting tomorrow afternoon and af is due to arrive Monday. Not testing as only 8 dpo today - af always turns up before I get to test. Are you holding off testing?

Archies twinges on both sides...maybe twins...!

I'm not sure whether I'll test or not to be honest - I ovulated late so I'm not expecting to know till next wk end ... I don't spot and I don't really get any pre af symptoms other than mardiness so I guess I'll wait it out as long as I can.

Hi ladies. I'm doing much better thanks.

I got a negative hpt this week which is good in this case as means my miscarriage is over and we can start again. I still get sad about the fact that four weeks ago today I was pregnant and waiting for my scan and now I am not, but time is healing.

OMG twins, can you imagine! Wait 15 months to get pregnant, and then 2 babies come along at once

I've been having twinges on the right side throughout the last month though so I'm wondering whether it could be a cyst playing up? Time will tell I suppose!

Magpie lovely to hear from you, and so glad that you're looking forward to the future. I can't imagine what you're going through though, and I'm sure it will take you a while to feel 'normal' again xx

Thanks for all the crossed fingers, I did get my hopes slightly up, as af only arrived today, one and a half day later than normal. I take comfort in the fact that an 11 day lp should at least be sufficient to ensure implantation had Peggy just been in good shape. Well, onwards and upwards, isn't that what we say?

Magpie very happy to hear that you feel better. Will you be getting an appointment with the rmc, or did I just dream that? (Would be very odd, of course, if I dreamt about people I only know from a conception board, but given the amount of time I spend thinking about ttc nowadays, I wouldn't be too surprised...) I hope the next step of this ttc journey goes smooth for you, and that you get your bfp and baby sooner rather than later.

As for my plan forward, I will do another medicated cycle, and then we will probably proceed to ivf. Feels utterly scary, but at the same time I am so fed up with timing sex during a fertile window that varies from cycle to cycle that I somehow think it will be a relief to let science take over. Can't believe I just wrote that, but it is actually how I feel.

Thanks for the well wishes - but I'm currently in the process of bracing myself .... cd28 today but I know I ovulated later so I guess I've got another few days to go ... can't be arsed to test ... just gonna wait it out.

Oh Patient I'm so sorry she showed. I'm sending all the positive vibes that this next cycle will be the one for you. And yes an 11 day LP is great for implantation. I've read so many stories of couples who are just about to give up and start IVF when they get a BFP, so I really hope this is the case for you now that you've made that decision

Patient I'm doing ok thank you, I think I've made peace with the whole blocked tube situation and I know that I'm lucky that I have age on my side. So we'll just keep trying and if it's meant to be then it will be ☺️

I'm 6dpo today and woke up with the worst backache ever! And had lots of twinges which I do normally get in the run up to AF. So I think I'm also out too this month. But I'm ok about it, the ttc malarkey isn't a race is it and we'll all get there when we are meant to xx
