Ok read up on fertility foods, like Mrsunsure said the advice is:
No: sugar, caffeine, soda (my let down) and juices (my other let down) or soy anything! Never fat free, low fat products.
Must:
Exercise regularly
Drink water (distilled, not bottled and preferably not tap
)
Fruit - organic: blueberries, strawberries, banana (good for LP), pomegranate, citrus fruits (good for LP
Veg: Be organic, plenty of dark leafy greens - broccoli, asparagus, Brussels, kale, green beans, spinach, cabbage. Red peppers (high in vitamin c - good for LP), tomatoes, potato
Dairy - high fat, organic/free range, eggs, coconut oil (grass fed), almond milk
Fish - Cod, Alaskan salmon, halibut - any fish really that isn't high in Mercury
Grains - wholewheat pasta, brown rice or bread
Meat - grass fed/organic chicken/Turkey/ beef (red meat limited for endo)
Nuts/seeds - almonds, pumkin seeds, sesame seeds, Brazil nuts, walnuts
Garlic and lentils!
Now to order the shopping! At least I'll feel good...
