Do you love being elbow deep in your cervix? Can you tell your cream from your egg? No, we're not talking Cadbury, we're talking vadge juice. Come and join the fingering fillies on our flight of fecundity (see what I did there?).

Yay for winter thanks for giving us the bfp we all needed! There has been a drought lately. It was like this last year though after Jan was so successful!

MissMrsMummy · 17/02/2015 17:41

Who is due to poas and provide us with a bfp tomorrow?

purdeybirdie · 17/02/2015 17:45

Nomio if she doesn't give 'er 'ead a shake Hmm

PaddingtonFromPeru · 17/02/2015 18:09

juney i can but hope, but any symptoms I have are wishful thinking. Still, piss stick was Tesco cheapie. (Continues to hope despite all evidence to contrary!)

spinningirl10 · 17/02/2015 18:15

Missmrs, it's a bit depressing isn't it when you can remember the same bus the previous year! I was thinking earlier that we're nearly at Xmas due dates again!!

ExcitedA3 · 17/02/2015 18:23

Hi ladies, I got my BFP on Saturday!!! Went to the doctors yesterday who confirmed it and have my first midwife appointment next Tuesday! Officially 4 weeks and 2 days pregnant! Thank you all so much for all of your support, help and guidance. This is my first time TTC so I had no idea about any of it! Fingers crossed everything goes smoothly and I hope I have started off a train on BFPs for everyone on here! X

nightandthelight · 17/02/2015 18:24

Yay congrats excited! Fingers crossed you have a healthy and wonderful 9 (or indeed 8 now) months ahead of you :)

spinningirl10 · 17/02/2015 18:31

juneybean · 17/02/2015 18:33

yayy excited congratulations!

just stuffed myself on pancakes Envy

auroraboringalis · 17/02/2015 19:02

Well done excited! good ovary-work there! Pleased to hear some more positive news!

Nomio230 · 17/02/2015 19:02

I went for a lie down two hours ago & can't seem to get back up. It is only the thought of pancakes enticing me out of bed. We are having savoury and sweet & I have been starving myself all day so I don't feel too guilty about stuffing my face!

Sparkly, where are you? I am hoping that nothing is wrong, but that dh whisked you off on a romantic day out after your appt.

Purdey, I promise not to poas until the weekend. Honestly. I can definitely do that. No problem at all.

KnitFastDieWarm · 17/02/2015 19:06

Pancakes make everything better [stuffed emoticon]

pretty sure af is imminent - ah well, on to March!

spinningirl10 · 17/02/2015 19:09

It's quiet here, I hope sparkly is ok.

ShirleyBossey · 17/02/2015 19:17

Yes, I am worried about Sparkly. Mind you, that indomitable spirit of hers + wonderful husband = ability to wevver all storms Smile

I am not having pancakes. I think the fact that a I eat a three-egg omelette every single day of my life for lunch kind of dulls the excitement for Shrove Tuesday.

My husband is boring me to death about the founder of Nutella being worth $55 billion when he died this week Hmm

eskimolaura · 17/02/2015 19:20

Can I just say that I love this thread? I love that people are there for you at every stage in the TTC journey; from the apprehension in the days leading up to ovulation and the mucus monitoring and temperature testing; to the hopeful and infuriating two week wait; the confusing cramps and the tantalising twinges and then the end result of AF or BFP. I love that there are cycle buddies who pretty much know how you are feeling and then there are those that have moved onto the next bus, but still pop back and see how everyone is doing, as well as those that are just in front of you at a later stage, or just behind you at an earlier stage, and provide renewed hope or reassurance. It should really be a rollercoaster, rather than a bus, but there are no other people that I would rather share this ride with. (And I'm only on Cycle 1- imagine what I'll be like in 6 months, if I don't get my BFP!) Maybe it's the hormones talking...

eskimolaura · 17/02/2015 19:22

purdey I am sure that I will have contributed to at least $50 billion of his wealth...

spinningirl10 · 17/02/2015 19:24

Haha Purdey, you forgot to name change againGrin send your dh here, my german has been boring me with Mr.nutellas fortune whist stuffing his face with pancakes Smile

tessiegirl · 17/02/2015 19:25

Just popping on to say congrats to winter and excited

Ah bless 'laura*! I couldn't agree more!

Hoping sparkly is ok....

MsAR · 17/02/2015 19:26

I should poas, I know I should. Day 33 and no sign of AF. Too scared to do it as I don't want to be disappointed. Other symptoms are no spots on my chin and more cm than I ever normally have. Normal cycles are 28 days.
