I'm also on cd19, ~6pdo and have had similar cramps very low down. I have also been quite bloated. Desperately trying not to symptom spot (implantation cramps?!) and instead I'm opting to blame it on too eating too much rubbishy food.

Thanks for the new bus purdey and thanks for the congrats on the last thread everyone. He asked me in mid December but we've now set a date for May next year, and I've turned into a total girl with regards to wedding planning. Never been very interested in dresses and colours and craziness but I think I'm going to end up a total bridezilla

Oh symptom spotting! thepug and mary I thought I was spotting (though it was just once, so more of a spot.) and spent a two hour train journey madly messaging a friend (who has two lovely DDs) what it all could possibly mean. Absolutely nowt else of any symptoms - even PMT!
