hey everyone seems im a bit about getting induced tomorrow /today. I personally haven't know anyone who got started that didnt end up with an emergency section. I know its not the case for everyone - well anyway ive have actually been having mild contractions since 11pm so maybe I wont need started aftet all.
trying to sleep but its so clammy outside plus my heartburn its awfull tonight.
anyway I will try to keep you all posted but my mobile has terrible reception at the hospital mrs I know ur not on the fb page but I dont mind sending you a pic or even if hungry would do it on my behalf xx

If you're already contracting but not in active labour the gel should start you off nicely!

Or hopefully they turn into the real deal overnight.

I can send mrs the photos, if you like? I'm happy to do that.

My baby feels HUGE. And the moving round (s)he does is unreal. DH couldn't believe the size of strength of the movement last night. While I was sitting whimpering because it hurt! Only a short while left though. And surely baby rubs out of space to make dramatic movements soon?!

I am extremely uncomfortable with sciatica and struggling to move about and walk, I'm getting next to no sleep and I wish this baby would come. I was so hopeful for him to come on or before the due date abs today I'm 40 plus 2. Hurry up baby!

Morerum I was induced and didn't end up with a c-section, had a nice fast labour when it got going as well! So they can end up naturally :)

Just checked in to see if any news from Morerum. I hope everything is going ok and we have some good news soon and the first baby of our thread. Rum - we are all thinking of you. xx

Evening ladies, also just checking in for any updates from rum! Hope you are feeling ok lady and things are progressing well for you Encouraging that you were having contractions last night. Fingers crossed for you that it won't end in em cs. Can't wait to see the photos!

Sorry you're feeling uncomfortable mrs, it must be hard with this hot weather we have been having too, pretty stuffy at night time. Your days are numbered though! Just think, within 2 weeks your little baby will be here!
hungry hope baby doesn't injure you too much!! Surely it will run out of room soon like you say, doesn't feel like two minutes though you were worried you couldn't feel baby move much and wanted to feel it squirming around in there, so maybe he/she is just giving you what you wished for!

What do you all think will happen to this thread when you have all had your babies? I hope you all stick around to keep on chatting, I will miss checking back in for updates! Or will you want to start a new postnatal thread somewhere?

Also, who is the new lady on the fb group Hungry? Have I missed something somewhere!?

Hi Ginger - I won't be starting or joining a new thread, I intend to stay on this one (I am founder of the thread remember). It doesn't matter that it's started off as a trying to conceive thread, it's been going since early September and we are all friends now so I'll be staying put and still coming on every day or as much as I normally do. Can't speak for the others but I hope Hungry, Rum, Kt and Better will all feel the same . xx

Gosh yes, September, not long now and we will have known one another a year! Maybe a meet up on the cards sometime in the future...

Ginger - there's no getting rid of me I'm afraid. I think a meet up would be great and I'm definitely up for that. I will really feel the pressure once we have Rum's news on here as I'll be next in line. I'm actually so terrified of the birth now. I'm desperate for him to come now but will be so glad when the birth bit is over and I have him in my arms. Can't wait to see DS's face. I bet he will say. 'Ooh wow' as he says that a lot and it sounds so cute.
Yes it won't be long til we've all known each other a year. Pretty good going I think.

Haha ginger let's hope you get your BFP before that though if DH still insists we have to wait 4 years!! And of course we will stay on here afterwards :) I was just saying to DH this evening that it's mad we've all been chatting in here for time scale now, and two are about to pop!

I don't mind either one mrs Just wanted something a little different for name change, thought it was appropriate too as was on of our song choices we had in the church for our wedding, and first anniversary is a week today!

That's nice Always! Have you nearly been married a year? We will have been married 3 years on 27th July. Our song at the wedding was the Jackson 5, 'Got to be there'.

Good morning everyone, how are we all today? Well today I'm 40 plus 3 days and still no signs of baby making his way :(

Hello all! So in my last few days here. Have spent the weekend packing and crying. Feeling very sad, just can't believe it really. Trying to keep it together for DD but its hard. She can see that mum is sad but doesn't understand why. Makes me feel guilty as well.

Today is a public holiday here so spending the day at home. DD has picked up a cold so doing my best to get her better as don't want her to be sick on the flight.

Have just finished baking 40 cupcakes for DD's farewell party at school tomorrow, now feeling very tired.

Swede - Sorry you're in this sad situation but if you'd been following you'd see we're waiting to hear some news from Rum and I'm also 3 days overdue. Your post just seems a little self-centred really.

Swede, so so sorry to hear you're going through such a difficult time. I wish you all the very best for the future, and hope you find happiness with your lovely children wherever life takes you.

Mrs22, that was a bit unkind! Yes, you and Rum are waiting to have your babies which is wonderful. But surely that doesn't mean the thread should suspend all other talk, especially if someone is in need of kind ear?

Keeponjuggling - I don't think I was unkind at all. Swede never comments on anyone else and her post was self-centred. Sorry but that's how it is and I thought it needed to be said.

Hi all, I'm sorry if I have come across a bit harsh in my earlier post and i haven't meant to cause anything. We have all got to know each other well on here and are a good bunch who get on well, and of course it's fine that we all air different things that may be going on in our lives etc. I was just a bit taken aback that when at this moment we have two ladies (Rum and myself) who are either having or about to have their/our babies that to come on here and not even wish either of those ladies well is a bit poor. Swede - I hope you've not taken offence. You are going through what must be a horrendously painful and difficult time and I sympathise massively as I've said before. I just think you could have come on and wished both me and Rum well and acknowledged that as it's a scary thing when you're about to give birth as I'm sure you know yourself and it just seemed self-centred and uncaring to me. But I should have perhaps kept that thought to myself and apologise for not doing that.

I hope everyone is ok and my thoughts are still with Morerum. Looking forward to your news xx
