Cheery Clomid is not much hassle honest - I did it for 6 months (they don't like you doing much more than that), you just have to remember to take the right dose on the right days, and present yourself for dildocam inspection a couple of times if they are monitoring you (which they should).

The downer is that it can make you into a massive slight hormonal raving witch, but warn your partner beforehand that you might be an unreasonable psycho first and then blame every outburst on the drugs. I did get lucky on my fourth go but due to Teflon womb the baby fucked off again. Feel free to pick my brain about it at any time.
