split - your post made me blub a little bit :( but glad you and dh are talking :)am also glad that I am not the only one 'home alone' (apart from sleepy cat)

terrys - which opk are you using? clear blue reccomend early morning pee, but others reccomend afternoon pee. Some people pee twice a day as the LH surge can be so short.
It is a bit strange that my boss is also my DR but sometimes it works quite well as I can talk frankly and say what I want to happen etc etc....doesn't always work mind !

I am doing 2 a day now batteryhen . I did read somewhere that OPK's don't work for some women so I am wondering if thats me?!?

Have come home early from work again to lie in bed and ride out the painful cramping that has started. Started spotting brown, so I think I know what's going to happen now.

Miscarriage number 3

I think we're going to keep trying, have thought about ordering more internet cheapies and my thermometer never strayed too far from my bedside. But for the first time this morning I thought about adoption. I was thinking how just because we can't have another baby naturally, doesn't mean our family has to be complete. We're a few years off that solution, but it's a possibility.

Hugs Digi. I'm so sorry for your loss if that is what it ends up being. But the fact you have had one before is hopeful that you will manage to have one again and I think it is good to have a Plan B in case things don't work out the way you want. So many children out there desperately need a loving family. There has been too much sadness on the thread recently, I hope we all can find our happy times soon.

Oh digi, I'm so sorry hon. I know there's nothing I can say but we're all thinking of you. I really wish there was something I could do to make you feel better. Try and get as much rest as you can before the next scan.

Sorry to see temps dropping ifatfirst but the good thing is your chart looks like a textbook temp rise and fall and you've got a good length luteal phase. So it's just a matter of time. And who knows what tomorrow will bring?

battery I must admit your nurse's somewhat insensitive comment echoed with the thoughts I had after my last mc. Great that you're being referred early.

I didn't actually believe I'd end up as one of those statistics - apparently only 1 in 100 couples experience recurrent miscarriages (3 or more).

Where is orchid's chart? I need cheering up!

I know how you feel. After 12m of trying without success, DP and I conceived DD and it took me over a week to actually believe it.

I have booked my first accupuncture session for saturday so at leaast I feel like I am doing something. I am also going to get dressed and go for a walk- its a nice day :)

My bleeding has completely stopped now which is so much better than last time ( I had the MC medically managed in march and bled for 9 weeks) at least I feel partly human again xx

Have had some more cramping this morning, but not as painful as yesterday. Dh looking after ds today so am doing my best to relax. Have trashy mags and can wallow in the bath for a few hours. Really want it to happen as quickly as possible bit worried it will take longer this time as I was further along.

Thinking of you, Digi. Don't want to haul you out the bath but they advised me not to have one while mc as cervix was open due to risk of infection.
