Festive greetings to all and everyone. We're so close! I've just got a few last minute bits of wrapping to go and I hope everything is all bought. The Christmas food shop is arriving on Tuesday, the gingerbread house is being baked tomorrow and cinnamon buns are on my list of things to make before the week is out! Massive Christmas wishes to each and every one of you.

M&S had lots of bargains instore - notably the kids Xmas PJs that were £10 originally are now scanning at £3 - everything in the sale is 70% off. I've stocked up for next Xmas. I also got DD a long sleeved top reduced from £5.50 to £1.23.

It might be worth seeing if your local library is part of Borrow Box - mine is and I discovered all kinds of magazines are on there including Radio Times so I now look at it for free online instead.

Tesco had all their final reductions at the front of the shop. I got two cavapoo plushies for £1.42! There was some wrapping and lots of Christmassy snacks like popcorn.

@CactusRabbit yes I had the same. Chargeback was given ages ago then more recently a message from the bank saying American Candy had disputed it but the bank were upholding it

If anyone has an outstanding anthroperks vouchers I was able to get them to honour mine via livechat, bought jellycat and they refunded me the £20

Mine was ordered on 8th Dec. Said dispatched on 16th. Tracking still says awaiting collection by courier. Was sent a trust pilot review at start of Jan and gave one star simply saying my order hadn't even arrived. Response from Anthropologie was "we regret to inform you your order was cancelled". I couldn't respond further, but needless to say, tracking info remains same, no further communication from them on order to say it was cancelled, and no refund of postage costs.

Have always loved their candles etx when shopping IRL. Absolutely never buying from them again. They're a mess when it comes to any semblance of customer service.

Go back on Trustpilot to give another bad review, that's what I had to do with Dunelm when they were messing me about with a refund I'd waited ages for - someone finally sorted it out and I was refunded within an hour of my 3rd 1-star review. Granted, Anthropologie CS sounds worse than Dunelm's.

Is anyone else still waiting for a Zavvi order? I ordered two items at the start of December; one came before Christmas but there is still no sign of the other one (and customer service is practically non-existent, of course).

To counterbalance the Zavvi crap, a shout out to Joe & Seph's. Parcelforce screwed up the delivery of my popcorn order before Christmas. It wasn't Joe & Seph's fault in any way, but they sent me out a replacement rather than refunding me, even though they had run out of the promotion bundles (they made one up with some non-promo stock). Got to deal with real humans throughout, not CS bots.

I've messed up my mumsnet email/login so this is a different name to the one I was using during these threads, but I just wanted to say a big THANKYOU to the ladies who kept hammering home the message to use Topcashback over Xmas bargain hunting time! I've just converted my cashback to a John Lewis gift card, you get a bonus % added on if you take your payout as giftcard rather than money, and so I've just spent £26 of actual money to get a pair of lovely black leather boots in the John Lewis sale!! Reduced from £100 to £50 and then my gift card has almost halved that. I am very very pleased!

Further to my post re Anthropologie I contacted then via their Facebook page
and they replied.

The parcel is lost and annoyingly one of the items is out of stock somI’ll get a refund and the other one they’ll send a replacement. I’m not sure I’d ever order from them online again so may have to use my refund voucher rIRL.
