For everyone who has ordered from the patch collection using a referral code, did you order as a subscription then cancel? I accidentally ordered the subscription and when I tried to cancel it they cancelled my whole order! When I complained they said to reorder and they’ll refund the £10 discount but the order must be exactly the same and they’ve put up the postage costs from £1.99 to £2.99. It’s all very frustrating!

I was intending to wait until I’ve received the patches before cancelling the subscription to avoid things like this! Think they rely on people forgetting to cancel subscriptions!

I’ve reordered with a different referral code and email address. Even though I hadn’t intended to subscribe initially I did try it this time and it said the code wasn’t valid. So I’ve ordered at the regular price. Oh well at least I don’t have to remember to cancel 🤷🏽‍♀️
