Oodie delivery times

It's been almost three weeks and not shipped. I emailed and today they have replied saying hopefully will be shipped by the end of next week, or I can reply CANCEL. Anyone else waiting?

I ordered on the 8th November and nothing since, not even an order acknowledgement email although the money has left my account. I'm really angry as I bought quite a lot and its a lot of money. I have no order updates, no tracking information. nothing.

Also ordered on 8th November and I've just been refunded - I have very little trust that they will fulfil the order, I've ordered from them before at this time of year and it was slower but this took the biscuit

I’ve just ordered replacements from Snuggz for £25 each so cheaper than oodie and still in prints the kids will like, hopefully they will arrive soon!

I ordered one from Kudd.ly this morning, and also a long one from Amazon that I plan to use as a dressing gown if it's a decent weight and warm enough.

This has happened before. Oodie are terrible at logistics and customer service. In 2021 they were blaming Brexit and shipping containers stuck at ports.

I ordered 5 oodies on the 7th November and still haven't received them. I have contacted them twice they said it will take 10 days to reply.
When I track my order It still has not been dispatched.
Do you think I will get these before Christmas?

So I cancelled way back when I last posted, they said if I received them I could keep them as a goodwill gesture. They arrived today! I had ordered batman, pokemon and my little pony.
If it helps anyone 5poundstuff have actual oodie rejects on there at the moment. It's the cat one and is £10.99

They said the same to me this week when they cancelled my order, but I thought there would be zero chance of that happening, seems I might be wrong.

I ordered 2 oodies and was going to cancel but as one is a gift I haven't. I ordered from Kuddly few days ago and its arriving today. See what kuddly like and may just cancel oodie and order again from Kuddly. Kuddly were offering a hooded blanket for £25 on promotion which is why I got it, I've ordered throws from them.

Seems random that some new bookings are getting processed when others are waiting weeks/months. I've had no notification apart from 3 generic emails from Andrew.

Oodie are crap. As with others I've waited weeks for it to be despatched but what was delivered yesterday was not an Oodie. It looks like the label got stuck during transit to a different parcel! So somewhere there may or may not be an Oodie parcel with no label on it. Have emailed but am so fed up with their level of crapness luckily I paid via Paypal so have just raised an issue and got a refund straight away.

wow just finished catching with the posts I missed! Sounds like they lost it completely in managing the orders this time round? I paid via PayPal so I’m gonna raise this matter to get my money back. On top of that, @LardoBurrows the M&S ones I ordered had arrived this morning. It’s super soft and comfy! The boys already wearing them haha. Thank you again for the suggestions and now I can relax and wait til the holiday begins xx

It's sooooo warm - dh says I'll breed maggots under it! Dh and ds are always hot so the heating has gone off for the foreseeable

@MummyYue I'm glad you have received the M&S ones in time for your holiday and that your boys like them. You should be alright for a refund via PayPal.

@Sodie thanks for sharing, just headed over to 5poundstuff (never heard of it before) and that once has gone, they seem to have lots of other thick fleecy hoodies though, wonder how they compare to the oodie. If i didnt love my oodie so much I'd cancel my order lol

I ordered 3 on 10th Nov
2 arrived 14th Nov
3rd had shipping email on 22nd Nov but tracking number shows not dispatched and subsequently had email saying it should be ready to ship Monday of this week. Have emailed to ask where it is and got the reply to wait 10 days for an answer.

Ordered another one on 16th Nov and that was delivered today.

When I logon to the Oodie website it still says unfulfilled in the fulfillment status. Been like this since the 11th.

It's great that people are starting to see orders arrive though!
