It's been almost three weeks and not shipped. I emailed and today they have replied saying hopefully will be shipped by the end of next week, or I can reply CANCEL. Anyone else waiting?

I bought mine on the 9th of Nov, it arrived yesterday. Also had 2 emails from poor Andrew and went through the stage of thinking it's all a scam. But I got it now and it's so so warm and only cost £36 in the sale.

I ordered one end of October when first reduced and got in a week. Ordered another 2 just after it arrived and still waiting with 2 emails from Andrew. Second email said it would be shipped this week but so far it hasn't. One is a Christmas gift so hoping arrives in time. Never bought from them before so was a bit concerned after first arrived quickly, glad to see I'm not the only one though or I'd be panicking at trying for refund. Hope we all get out deliveries soon.

Just adding myself to those still waiting. Ordered on 11 November and have had the standard order delayed email. They’re a big enough company that you’d have thought they would be prepared for the influx of orders pre-Christmas. To add insult to injury I keep getting marketing emails about their Black Friday deals! Not impressed at all.

I had a second email advisory me of a further delay two days ago, it said I could reply to the email with ‘cancel’ which I was tempted to do. Later the same day had an email to say they have been shipped!

I've been tempted to cancel too but I've waited this long and my cousin loves theirs which I got them as a birthday gift, so haven't cancelled yet.

I ordered on 11th November and am just getting the customer service emails. It's a coat and the weather isn't too bad so I'm still philosophical

Guess it's just a waiting game. Last email said they would reply within SIX DAYS, and not to keep pestering them as that will just slow them down even more. 🙄. They obviously think this is an acceptable level of customer service once they've got your money in their bank account.

I have ordered thousands of items via the internet over many, many years and I have never experienced a company so shambolic, partly my fault for going on recommendations on Mumsnet, instead of doing my usual due diligence and checking out those Trustpilot 1.4 rating reviews. Oh well, lesson learned, if no goods or response by mid week I will see if the Bank or PayPal will intervene.

Hi ladies! I am new on here nice meeting you! I ordered 2 Oodie for my boys on 19/11/2023, then the page refresh for me to add an offer so I bought one more for myself. Then an email came through saying it’s confirmed etc. only when I scrolled down further the email then it was a little note re: delays! I have read your comments on this post, seems like everyone has an email from Andrew…just wondering if you have to email them first or this Andrew guy will send our updates? Sorry if it sounds silly to ask :)

I bought these cuz we are going on holiday on 9/12/2023 and 13 hours flight thought would be comfy thing for the boys to wear to the airport and on the flight. I’m not sure if I should wait another week before contact them :( please shed some light to my direction if you don’t mind? Thank you ladies x

@MummyYue I placed my order on the 11th Nov and received my first email advising delays on 17th Nov, then again on 22nd Nov, but with no information on when my order will be shipped. The problem is that if you email them they do not respond to your query immediately, they are taking up to 6 working days to respond to questions or provide any meaningful information. Going by this thread and the reviews on Trustpilot, I'm doubtful that you will get your Oodies by the 9th December.

I ordered my first end of October and got in a week. Ordered second on 4th November and had 2 emails to say delays. Heard nothing for a week now and still nothing on shipment. I haven't emailed them, just crossing fingers it's shipped soon.

I messaged their Facebook page but have had no reply. I emailed yesterday and the automated response said they had a 6 day response time!

They need to communicate delays on their socials. Really shitty customer service!

@LardoBurrows thank you for your reply. I looked again on their site and said that 2-8 business days and only get in touch after 8 business days. This would take me this coming Wednesday to contact them 😪 not sure if I should cancel and order from kuddly instead 😂😂😂

I made 2 separate orders on the same day at the end of Oct (ordered a pair as gifts then after decided to treat myself a few minutes later ). Second order (O2)stated it was dispatched the following day, but nothing re the first order (O1)

8 business days later, still no news on O1 and O2 still not received by Royal Mail or arrived. Then received an email on day 9 re distribution issues for O1. Cue 3 weeks of back and forth with customer service “chasing Royal Mail” about location of O2 which Royal Mail were still waiting to receive from Oodie.

Over 3 weeks and O2 arrived. I sent an email requesting O1 be cancelled as by this point there was no news re distribution, nothing to say dispatched and I was annoyed as by this point they’d started their Black Friday discounts, so were now cheaper than I’d paid. Low and behold a day after asking to cancel, suddenly Royal Mail were waiting to receive my parcel (with a date of 29th October that they were expecting the delivery, but we were now well into November!). It then arrived a few days later.

I really regret buying from them, there’s been no real apologies, no offer to refund the difference of price etc. Far too stressful for what should be a straightforward transaction, especially given how big they appear to be.

like someone else said, I wish I’d read the trust pilot reviews etc😭

Pretty certain those that say royal mail are still waiting for them is because they ship from Australia so Royal Mail won't receive them until they have been shipped/flown across and cleared customs.

Takes forever if anything like my tracked parcels going from UK to Australia

I ordered 2 on Thursday and just before I received an email to say my package has reached my nearest large sorting office, and is in transit to my local post office and should be delivered on Tuesday- I’m shocked as only read the awful reviews after I’d placed my order

I ordered a kids oodie on the 8th November, it's for my elderly grandmother. Myself and my daughter have one each and we love them so I told my grandmother I'd buy her one as she's trying to avoid using the heating as much as possible due to the costs. It has still not arrived.
Oodie has disabled Facebook reviews and are hiding or deleting all the negative comments on every Facebook post (you can see loads of people clicking the angry emoji on every post they make as thats all people can do).

I've had 2 delay emails, the last one on the 16th november telling me my order would be despatched early in the following week. That time has been and gone and it hasnt been sent and no futher email about dispatch or delays. I got a response from customer services telling me they can't give me an update and they don't know when my order will be sent.

Why are they continuing to take people money if they can't fulfill the orders they have? And why are some orders being sent while others aren't? Doesn't make sense and is an utterly rubbish way to do business

Oooh woke up got an email from Andrew received at 2am 😂😂😂 I read it 3 times and apart from just telling me they are doing their best and rest of the email just totally time wasting 🤦🏻‍♀️ Kinda disappointed at this point and asked myself everything I do always go wrong 🤷🏻‍♀️ Nothing goes as planned! Ah we’ll keep fingers crossed we will all get out orders soon x have a nice day to all beautiful mums here xx

Okaaay. Well after reading @MummyYue's post, I thought I'd check my emails and saw three emails from Oodie, one from PayPal and one from Trustpilot, all rcvd 2am-3am. First email from Oodie said my order has been cancelled and payment refunded. Second was from PayPal confirming refund is complete (yay). Third was a reply from Steph on Trustpilot, apologising and saying this is not the service they wish to provide to their customers and confirming they have cancelled and refunded. Fourth was an email to me from Steph confirming as before, but also saying although they have cancelled my order with their fulfilment partners, it might be too late and if my order turns up I can keep it gratis. The last one says, and I quote:

"We value your opinion and would love to hear from you about your most recent experience with us. ❤😍
How would you rate your overall experience with your comfort consultant?"

I mean, I'm really not sure how to respond to this last email 🤣.

Anyway I'm relieved that my saga is over and that I've got my money back. I still want a hoodie blanket and will now order one from Kudd.ly.

I hope that the rest of you still waiting for your orders get your Oodies soon, or get your refunds soon. I will be watching this thread to see how you all fare with your own Oodie sagas. Good Luck everyone.
