Oodie delivery times

It's been almost three weeks and not shipped. I emailed and today they have replied saying hopefully will be shipped by the end of next week, or I can reply CANCEL. Anyone else waiting?

Still no dispatch emaila, no reaponse to my emails to them. Im not even getting the sorry for delay messages people seem to be getting to allow it to be cancelled

How long have people waited after dispatch emails? I’ve just got one for the one I’m waiting on.

Sending an email to [email protected] saying CANCEL and asking for a refund, together with full order details might help.

Then, if you don’t get a response, you can start a claim with PayPal or a chargeback from your credit card.

I believe if you paid by PayPal you may find it quicker to get a refund.

Basically, they lost a lot of customer details relating to BF orders - mine was one of them - if they hadn’t eventually admitted this to me and reordered for me in early December I would never have received my item.

On a related note: 5poundstuff.com are selling genuine Oodies on their site atm, (as are True Face who sell on eBay and Amazon.) I have ordered from both and can confirm they are genuine Oodies and the CS is excellent.

@Carpetdancer mine was dispatched Saturday 16th and was delivered yesterday 19th

I didn’t think my link worked however if you press and hold over the link it will come up saying “open link” (accessed mine on iPhone)

They arrived Monday! I will never order from them again though

@SgtJuneAckland That's really good news that they have arrived. It's a shame about the surprise being ruined for your DH, but at least he will now have his Oodie on Christmas Day. I think a lot of us won't ever be troubling Oodie with our business ever again, especially as there seem to be several place that you can buy the same quality or seconds, that also deliver them promptly.

Anyway I hope your DH loves his Oodie.

Had no replies to any of my previous messages using the contact form on their website.

Do we think maybe their mailbox is just full??

Mine arrived yesterday!

I need to return one of mine as it’s too small for my child.

Gone onto the website and it’s saying they need to be returned in original packaging when the ribbons etc which we have thrown away!

Anyone had experience of a return with them?

@Carpetdancer Not yet but I have two to return. I messaged them on Christmas Day to request the start of the returns process but I received an automated response saying they will reply within two weeks. I really hope they are good about returns as they are such an expensive product.

Have you still got your ribbons etc?

I just cannot be bothered with companies that are arsey about returns.
