Oodie delivery times

It's been almost three weeks and not shipped. I emailed and today they have replied saying hopefully will be shipped by the end of next week, or I can reply CANCEL. Anyone else waiting?

I had an email close to midnight last night explaining there are delays and order could take 2 weeks / customer service responses 10 day back log

I just want a clear idea if it will arrive in time for Xmas or the option to refund!

They also have the oodie seconds on amazon. I can't do links, but these are oodie prints and the reviews say the label has been cut out. They have several different prints.

@Sodie I ordered that cat one, we say otter, from 5poundstuff last year. It came with Oodie bag and ribbon. It's bit different from "oodie" koala from them. Both had tags cut off but all in all they are lovely and warm.

Frankly, I want to cancel and get a kuddly instead. Does anyone know if people have been able to do so and reliably get refunded?

@saraclara I did, but it took two emails before I got a response. I had also left a scathing review on Trustpilot and they responded to that on the same day.

I originally ordered on 11th Nov and after two requests from me to cancel and refund they emailed me on 27th Nov to say they had cancelled my order and refunded my PayPal account. PayPal confirmed the refund the same day. Their email said that although they had cancelled the order with their supplier it was possible that I might still receive the oodies and if that was the case then I could keep them with their good wishes, but I doubt that they will turn up now.

I should be receiving my order from Kuddly tomorrow.

I've posted on another thread about this - I ordered on Monday and it's shipped today. I think I've ordered one of the less popular designs so think this may be why mine is so quick.

@saraclara I cancelled mine and received the refund the next day. The oodies actually arrived yesterday which they said I could keep. I actually can't believe they arrived

I ordered a second on the 20th and have received a dispatch email today.
Still waiting for any indication on my order from White Fox, also ordered on the 20th.

I ordered one on the 11th and haven’t had anything apart from the two standard emails to say they’re busy etc. Like others I just want it to come for Christmas. It’s a green tie dye one. 🤨 not impressed.

I've tried to order one this morning and the website returned an error saying there was a problem with my payment.....

I used PayPal and when I've looked on my account there's no transaction, but when I've looked on my bank account the payment has gone through !!! How is that possible???

Based on this thread I'm not going to hold my breath that between oodie, PayPal and my card provider it will be sorted anytime soon Angry

@FrangipaniBlue That's a bit worrying and also weird. I use PayPal whenever I can and have never had this happen, how is that even possible. Hope your card provider or PayPal can sort it out.

Well, my Kuddly has arrived, ordered 29th, chose the free 4-5 days delivery. It's lovely and warm, but only comes to my knees - I'm 5'6" (167cm). I was hoping that it would be a little longer, but that seems to be the normal length for most brands I looked at online.

I currently have my Kuddly on over two cotton long sleeved tops and jeans, and am sitting in a room that is 13.8C (don't ask) with the hood up and I feel toasty, apart from my legs, but I have a blanket for those.

The quality seems excellent and it is well made, so one happy customer here.

I've also ordered one (a cheaper one, rated as highly as Oodies) from Onesnug, for a friend. Ordered a few days after I ordered my Oodie, and it arrived in two days. Still no word on mine.

I ordered this exact one on the 14th and have had one message re the delay. I have emailed them to ask when I'd likely receive it, but nothing yet.

A friend of mine ordered one the same day and got it the next week :/

We all have them, but I bought one on 27th November as a gift. I had no idea about the delays when I placed my order.

I don't understand how people are getting new orders through but, older ones that were ordered weeks before are still not even acknowledged!

I have ordered the more important one (daughters not the sons) second or copy from Amazon as a backup and it already has been dispatched.

I am also waiting - I emailed today to see if they would arrive before Christmas and if it would make a difference if I cancelled then re-ordered….. no reply yet and I’m not expecting any until Monday - -have you heard any more?

I honestly think its luck of the draw....I'm temped to reorder but the price has gone up now so will be an extra £10 which is very annoying

I finally contacted them (just in case an email pushes you up the priority queue). It is now saying to expect a response within 12 business days.
