Oodie delivery times

It's been almost three weeks and not shipped. I emailed and today they have replied saying hopefully will be shipped by the end of next week, or I can reply CANCEL. Anyone else waiting?

Wow, @SlipperySlope99 can't believe yours have been delivered so quickly. It's so random how some of us ordered over two weeks ago and still no sign.
It just reinforces how disorganised they are. However, I'm really pleased for you and hope you enjoy wearing it.

Can I ask what patterns you ordered? I'm waiting on a panda and star wars..

I ordered 10th Nov and still waiting for delivery.

I got the message about delays. I don't want to cancel as they are Xmas presents. Hopefully they will turn up before xmas

Mine has just arrived!! I've had no further emails but the postie has just left which is only 10days since I ordered it, not that long at all.

I ordered on the 7th of November and am still waiting. Haven’t had a reply to my email sent a week ago either.

I ordered 4th November and still not shipped, well as far as I know as received last email over a week ago saying be shipped last week and heard nothing since. I ordered from Kuddly today so see which comes first.

I ordered on 2nd November and got an email shortly after to say the order had been dispatched and would be here on 12th November, but when i went to track with the Royal mail they hadn't even received it.

I had a very long email full of waffle and extra nice words from the "comfort consultant" blaming the Royal mail for the delay.

Ive had a few more long waffling emails from them basically saying they can't tell me anything, and when i asked if it would be sent in time for Christmas they sent me a PDF (because they know how stressful it can be buying Christmas gifts) for me to print out with a random picture of people wearing an oodie with the message saying you have an oodie and it will be here soon ect... Brilliant 👏

It really is a joke. Surely the very least they should be doing is showing sold out on the ones they can't turn around quickly enough..

I had another long email - haven't attempted to contact them yet.. The number of people on twitter all in the same boat and they're still taking sales! What is the actual issue? Do they not have the stock? Can they not physically ship the quantity purchased? All the email says is that it's not really their fault and that they're not the only company that struggled with black Friday sales. Pathetic.

If they are low on stock and try to meet the demand inevitably the quality will take a hit.

@mumsnet.com considering you had this company very prominently advertised, I think you should be pushing them to deliver the orders. Given that you have taken a cut from their sales……..

Cancelling my order due to poor/non existent delivery time scales.

I've still heard nothing. Can't track on Royal Mail as reference number not recognised. Was supposed to be shipped last week. Its great that some people have now got theirs but so annoying as many who have ordered long after others like I did and we're still in limbo.
I think they've had so many sales that they've ran out of stock in which case they should be stating out of stock and definitely not taking any further orders, however they're not the first company that has done this. I just wish I'd ordered all at the same time as would have had by now. I ordered the 2nd time based on 1st purchase and quick delivery.

I am thinking to cancel now… not a lot but still over £100 and getting eff all except a useless email not helping but making me even more puzzled 😕 I’m flying next Saturday looks like my boys gonna wear their dressing gowns instead 😢 🤷🏻‍♀️

Some people have said on older posts they've received their orders within days after ordering last week. It's 3 weeks in now and last correspondence i had from them was 2 weeks ago. I've ordered 2 at q cost of £78, one of which is a gift and I've told the recipients mother that there's a chance they won't receive by Christmas at this rate as so many people are waiting.

@MummyYue Have you looked at John Lewis, M&S and Snuggz for childrens's hooded blankets? The Snuggz have good reviews on Trustpilot although a recent review mentions a two week delivery time, so that might rule it out.

@LardoBurrows sorry about my late reply. I have ordered 2 from M&S for £44 I guess it’s better not having anything. Shame I cannot try out the Oodie this time and may be in the future if they have better deal lol just had another from Andrew and he said my order cannot be located at all. Offered me to reply “cancel” which I did and as I paid via PayPal so should be easier to get my money back 😪 good luck to everyone who’s still waiting for the order 🙏🏻 let’s see if M&S would deliver as promised haha

Yes! The Comfy was the actual original that Oodie are based on. You can get the Comfy just now from Costco in their deal and it's down to under £20!
I've had a Comfy for years and they wash and wear brilliantly, really lovely and thick, amazing quality and exactly like Oodie.
I highly recommend!

I ordered on the 12th November and my order arrived yesterday. I got an outdoor oodie as well which is really comfy and has been worth the wait, but I did feel frustrated by the constant Black Friday delay emails. Surely they must have realised there would be a huge load of orders coming in and prepared accordingly.
Impressed with the product but their service isn't good at all.

Yeah and they're real people who placed orders with Oodie and who paid with their real money and have nothing real to show for their money. Unbelievable.

I don't doubt the actual product is good, reviews and people on this thread who have an Oodie all attest to the quality of the product, but sheesh, what a way to run a company. I am guessing that they are a victim of their own success and the infrastructure has not kept pace with the amount of orders, or maybe they just don't want to increase the workforce and invest in technology. Who knows. Still from this it seems the best chance of actually receiving an Oodie is to order in the summer.

I've just emailed as I've had no correspondence for over a week and that was the second one informing me of delays. They stated it would be shipped last week but so far nothing. So will see if and when get a response. I ordered from Kuddly 2 days ago and its out for delivery. Obviously I appreciate its different country being delivered from but my first order arrived within a week and now its 3weeks since ordered and nothing.
Just had a response like many others stating 10 business days for a reply to email, high demand, remember its real people behind these emails and to choose kindness and thanks for patience.
That's of absolutely no help at all.
I hate ordering online and try mostly to do so instore but so many companies are online now, and often only stock many items online as opposed to instore. Give me the high Street any day.

I ordered on 19 Nov, and all I’ve received is increasingly long and detailed emails basically saying ‘we’re in a pickle’.

I don’t need a series of essays, I just need to know if the Oodie will be here in time for Christmas.

TBH I’m confused about why I have had none of the long essay emails explaining delays at all since I ordered on 11 November, and no reply to my 2 emails recently asking them to cancel. It seems their communication is as inconsistent as their delivery. Thanks for the tips for alternatives, I think we will reorder elsewhere too
