Oodie delivery times

It's been almost three weeks and not shipped. I emailed and today they have replied saying hopefully will be shipped by the end of next week, or I can reply CANCEL. Anyone else waiting?

My later ordered one has just arrived but my order I placed around the time of Black Friday hasn’t.

Really not happy. This is the last year of Santa in our house and my DD picked a particular Oodie so it’s just how to explain why it’s not arrived. It fell of the sleigh seems lame as hell.

Well I’ve finally given up on the oodie. I was a bit late to the party making my order on the 30th November, buying the nuggets and fries one and the unicorn one. They were Last minute last present ideas and with the discount I couldn’t resist. I’ve had the emails sorry for this sorry for that rubbish, and while in understand I can’t help but get more annoyed at the situation, I’ve replied to the cancel email and ordered two from onesnug. Still annoyed and still disappointed but I really don’t want to give this company my cash!!

Both are selling genuine Oodies with labels removed - I have ordered from both and can confirm that the ones I got were Oodies - presumably seconds. They don’t claim they are, and it depends which pattern you order, but you might find a substitute one for your child.

True Face also sell on eBay - their CS is excellent.

I wish I had stuck with the above for DS’s present, rather than ordering from Oodie, but he wanted the Pokémon one 🙃.

It's actually arrived! Ordered 11th November, several ignored emails i didn't think it would come even after a order dispatch email earlier this week.
Definitely put me off using them again.

So yesterday I got an email that said it's not going to arrive before Christmas, mid January at best, cancel if you like. Five minutes ago I got an email to say my order is with royal mail should be with me Monday 🤷‍♀️
Annoying because one is for DH so I told him and said what would you rather I do cancel it or wait? So now it's coming but it's not a surprise

Well.. after sending the cancel reply to my email yesterday and ordering alternatives today I got an email saying my items have shipped scheduled delivery for 19th December… I’ll eat my hat if they actually arrive., what a farce and complete mess around this company is..

No, I didn't receive any tracking information, they just turned up, delivered by Royal Mail.

I have replied twice to their holding emails. The first time to ask why a month after apparently dispatch it still wasn't with royal mail and the next to cancel.
They have just replied to say tha they will investigate where it is. That there were so many parcels in the dispatch office that royal mail couldn't pick them all up. There is currently a week delay on the investigations...
And they haven't cancelled.

I got confirmation for my cancellation too and email said could be 10 days for refund. It was in my account that night.

I ordered last year and they took around a month to be delivered. I ordered a few weeks ago and they arrived within around 10 days.

The whole performance has taken from 7/11 to today, with about ten emails to the Oodie, one reorder - finally- and, what I think clinched its eventual arrival - reviews on TP.

Looking through old threads, it seems that the Oodie behave like this every year between October and December. I am glad to have my item in time for Xmas, but will never order from them again.

I did, ordered on 11th Nov and turned up on 6th Dec out of the blue.
