Out today. It’s already on the my John Lewis App. I quite liked it. Nice and gentle.

It’s on during the adverts for Pride of Britain at 8.15.

I quite liked it too. It’s not up to the bear and the hare and the snowman but vast improvement on last few years. Christmas is now starting!

I thought it was creepy. Had the alien been another boy or even a girl the same age it would have been better.
Perhaps they were younger but it looked like Tilda Swinton to me.

Not a great message though- hey kids, sneak around and meet strangers in the woods. Surely it would have been better if he had invited her home to enjoy Christmas with him rather than like a shameful secret because she's different. Admittedly it's not that deep, I know.

I thought it was Draco too at first. Nice to see a female portrayed with short hair for a change though.( I’m assuming the alien was female).

Also good to see a decent boy who isn’t smashing up his sister’s and mum’s stuff.

I only watched part way through but that's wasn't a Human League song, at least it wasn't when it was originally released, it was always Giorgio Morodor, brings the 80s right back to me Grin
