I bought the coolest present for the smoker in my life today.

This is going to sound like an ad, but it isn't. So I won't mention the company name.

Its a lighter that sticks to the back of your phone sort of like a phone pop, and works like a car cigarette lighter, and you can recharge it, its totally safe so you can't accidently open it.

I bought it on offer and it just showed up and it looks so expensive and lovely.

Its the coolest thing I've bought in a long time, I'm very excited to give it on Christmas day

Just wanted to share because I'm stupidly excited about Christmas and nobody in my rl cares about these quirky little gifts I manage to find, even though it is officially Christmas season now.

Any more little gifts that anyone is super excited to give then please share, I promise I'll be excited about it

@Rivermonsters I don't smoke, never have but it's not for me to police others.
My eldest sister was diagnosed with brain cancer, which by the time of diagnosis, had spread to her lungs.
Her consultant gave her a prognosis of just a few months left to live and finished up by advising her to stop smoking!
We came out of the consultation and the first thing she did was light a cig up between bouts of laughter at the absurdity of it.
She died seven weeks later still laughing at it.
Should I have snatched that cig off her and demanded that she stop smoking because cancer?
I'm not denying that in all probability, the smoking caused her cancer but she knew the risks when she started and chose to take it.
Everything we do in life poses a risk to our health and lives, some riskier than others I admit, but still a risk all the same.
This thread was started by the OP to give an idea for a gift, not as a smoker bashing thread. There's plenty of other smoking bashing threads for that. 🙂

@OhGiveUp never was policing anyone, they’re allowed to do what they want. I just don’t see how fuelling a deadly habit is a good gift.

I might get hit by a bus well before any cancer takes me.

Mine got delivered yesterday, I don’t smoke so didn’t have anything to light so just tried with some paper 🤣🤣. And it worked straight away, it’s really sturdy and well made as well
