Even cheaper in Sterling Fluffy 😂. I'm very tempted - for the last few years I've made my friend a set of Ferrero covers for her Christmas table. So far she's had Christmas puddings, Santa hats and sprouts. Angels might be cute - I could use this pattern and leave them open at the bottom to fit over the chocolates 🤔

My DDs birthday tomorrow too! We're going to MIL and FIL house on Saturday for a replacement Christmas as we missed last year.

Morning!

It's still wet here, so my allotment will be happy! As am I, as it means I don't have to water for a while!

We're going out for dinner for DD's birthday today, so that will be good. If DS makes it, as he's being rather challenging this week. Sigh.

We had rain overnight here and it's looking very grey still so probably have more to come.

Rubbish sleep here again last night - hormones I think.

My sister and her partner both tested Covid positive yesterday and they saw my parents just before the start of symptoms so they're all isolating.
Strange - Dsis is ill (headache, high temp, sweating, sore chest) while her partner has a cough and sounds terrible but said he feels absolutely fine.

I think it's going to be a stressful week or so as I've said we (me and DH) will be on call to help with shopping etc.

Can't they get an online shop, Crazy?

I hope they recover soon. Do they know where they got it?

I wake early even when I'm tired. I put that down to hormones. Annoying. 🙄

Woolly I have a pattern that might work for an angel, it's a Jane Greenhowe one. It might need 2 FRs to fill the body, but I'll dig it out and you can decide - if you go onto her website there's are good ones for Creme Eggs.

I've been sorting out my stash. There's the box of wool & current projects down the side of the couch, the footstool full of knitting needles and patterns, the bag of sock wool in my bedroom and the 2x2 kallax full of patterns inherited from my mum and random yarn that my sister sends me. I've got plans for most of the wool and a to-do list that should take me right through the summer and into the autumn. My plan is to have a manageable wool habit by Christmas in time for my generous Woolwarehouse voucher from DH to stock it all up again.

Crazy I hope your DSis and BIL recover quickly and your DParents are only isolating as a precaution and don't develop symptoms.

Fluffy my sister is doing an online shop but I've said if they miss or forget anything I can sort that for them. I figured with 2 parents ill and 3 kids in the house she's bound to forget something!
For my parents, I'm not sure if they could do an online shop, neither of them are very tech savvy 🙄

No idea where they picked it up.
Parents have no symptoms and have both received negative results this morning but they have to isolate and test again in around a week.

Woolly my yarn stash is a bit rediculous. The tiny projects I've been doing haven't made a dent, I need to get moving on it but I want to cross stitch at the same time!
