Quite glad we didn’t go for takeaway - our town has had a bit of a nightmare with delivery drivers & UberEats tonight!

Prawn and smoke salmon starter full Christmas dinner and rum cups for pudding! I'm working tomorrow so Christmas dinner is early!

We had bao buns (Marions kitchen recipe) with shredded duck cooked using HFW beef in soy and chilli. Was delicious.

No special Christmas Eve meal (I'd quite like to have a tradition). We had a chicken pie for dinner (in preparation for weeks of Turkey pie! )

Buffet - all freezer stuff like mozzarella sticks with salad and pringles

DHs beef stroganoff with rice my favourite. It was that or Christmas ham, egg and homemade chips

Pizza from the local chippy

We had glazed ham, jacket potatoes and cabbage for lunch because DH has to work tonight. The DC and I then had scrambled eggs with smoked salmon for supper 😁

Chilli peanut noodles.

Homemade pizza earlier and a supper of cheese and crackers followed by a mince pie!

We had our Christmas Dinner (turkey and all the trimmings) because I'm on call tomorrow so impossible for me to reliably have it otherwise!
