With this lockdown stuff I can think of no better distraction than Christmas! Online present hunting will he even more important right now too.

please post any bargain info IN BOLD to make it easier to scroll through the thread.

To make things bold you:
Put a star each side of what you want to make bold like this but without the space between the star and the writing *

Just a reminder you can watch the thread by clicking on ‘watch this thread’ at the top of the first message. It’s much easier for everyone than so many place marking every time which can use up a fair chunk of each thread to scroll through Thanks

Boy 3 years old, loves Paw Patrol and things with wheels.

Hit me with bargain suggestions please Flowers

NoWordForFluffy · 07/11/2020 18:27

@CarrotVan

Amazingly my M&S gin didn’t arrive by 5pm.
😱😱😱😱😱😱

No, I'm not actually surprised!

GymSloth · 07/11/2020 18:32

DumplingsAndStew How about this for the 3 year old? Mine loved it at that age (and older!)

@DumplingsAndStew Paw Patrol busy book for the 3 year old? £6 on Amazon.

PinkJam · 07/11/2020 18:41

I have just emptied the delivery box for a Paperchase order I did a while ago. There is a leaflet with a code for 20% off (full priced items only)

Offer ends on 14/11 so let me know if you can use it Smile

CarrotVan · 07/11/2020 18:42

I have tweeted them

Puffalicious · 07/11/2020 18:43

For anyone real life shopping (not England you poor things in lockdown) TKMaxx was phenomenal today. Are they still taking online orders in England, perhaps?

Nike rucksacks £19.99 ( saw same one in JD £35)
Vans rucksacks £15 rrp £30- really unusual to get offers on Vans.
Ellessse sweatshirts £20
Ellessse 5 pack sports socks £6
Champion zipper hoodies £20

I was teen boy/ men's shopping but kids' and teen girls' sections looked brilliant too.

EvilHerbivore · 07/11/2020 18:45

@PinkJam I'd like the paperchase code if it's still available please

livinginhope87 · 07/11/2020 18:47

Hello, I would like to get my 7 year old son some geology gifts but not sure where to start! Any tips - bargains welcomed thank you very much.

winewolfhowls · 07/11/2020 18:52

Oops sorry, the wish bracelets were from www.thewoodlandgiftcompany.com

GoblinDaughter · 07/11/2020 18:52

Sorry if already posted, I haven’t caught up yet today but The Baby & Toddler Show is on online at the moment and they’re offering free tickets. I’ve been to one at the NEC and there were some great deals, so I assume the online one will be similar, also free delivery on everything. It’s not just for newborns either, there’s toddler bits and Mummy bits too so might be worth a look. Free tickets are here (I can’t do sexy links sorry): babyandtoddleronline.seetickets.com/tour/baby-toddler-show-online?OfferCode=OS25&utm_campaign=11958607_Acq%205%20-%20Free%20tixs&utm_medium=email&utm_source=Ocean%20Media%20Group%20-%20Baby&dm_i=1RDU,74BBJ,NKEFWV,SSLNR,1

GoblinDaughter · 07/11/2020 18:59

For example, this seems like a pretty good deal with the free postage

@selina25 it was me looking for the star wars advent calendar, thank you so much but I ended up paying full price at Asda as a panic buy....oh dear bargain hunter hanging head in shame!

Dreamingofwalden · 07/11/2020 19:05

@DumplingsAndStew at the age of three my son really started to enjoy the Orchard board games. I bought a couple in our local Co-op but you can get them in toys shops -‘s all the usual retailers. They are usually about £7. My son’s favourites were Shopping List and Dirty Dinos.

Dreamingofwalden · 07/11/2020 19:12

@DumplingsAndStew I’ve just had a look on the Jacques of London page on Amazon. They have a gorgeous alphabet puzzle/snakes and ladders 2 in 1 game for £6.99 - perfect for a three year old.

Gah! Must re read the explanation of links. Sorry everyone! X

Puffalicious · 07/11/2020 19:15

livinginhope I saw some STEM sets in TKMAXX today - make your own jewels and rocks and volcano sets. Think were about £10 but I didn't see the brand, sorry.

mytortoisemind · 07/11/2020 19:16

The Sylvanian Families cake shop was £24:99 in our Home Bargains today. I never saw it any cheaper than that last year when I bought it so probably still a good price!

CarrotVan · 07/11/2020 19:23

Full refund and £10 giftcard plus postage refund. Damaged in transit apparently, due back in stock at the end of November but they won't honour previous orders with the new stock

Redwinestillfine · 07/11/2020 19:26

@OrigamiPenguinArmy It was tooth whitening cream, a mini foundation powder in cinnamon with mini brush to apply, 'donkey milk' facemask, 'placenta' facial serum, shiitake mushroom moisturiser, Singapore sling body tonic and charcoal body wash.

oatmilkisntsobad · 07/11/2020 19:28

@VaprousDropProfound

£10 off Next order no minimum spend. One time use, I hope it isn’t connected to my account, but might be. Needs to be used by 08.11. - not sure if that means end of day.

I have some pyjamas in my basket that I've been hesitant to buy as more than I'd like to spend but need petite size. This code would be great but I can't find anywhere to add it when ordering! Help!
PinkJam · 07/11/2020 19:30

@EvilHerbivore Sent you a PM with the code Smile

NoWordForFluffy · 07/11/2020 19:32

@CarrotVan

The new stock is the stock they've decided not to ship at £18! If DHL is damaging this many parcels I'd be amazed. Xmas Hmm
CarrotVan · 07/11/2020 19:33

It could easily just be one dropped pallet

livinginhope87 · 07/11/2020 19:36
