I bought ready made ones. I might make some at the weekend as we'll have more time. Tonight DD swims at 5.30 and I'm not home til gone 6 so it doesn't work to make them!

Went to Cwmbran bought a couple of things from Primark, biodegradeable face wipes which l thought were a great idea and a skirt for my Mum for £4 from 14 in Morrisons , it's very light grey more of a spring like colour for her l thought, she has loads of tops she can wear with it .
Made pancakes which Dh duly scoffed he is sleeping on the sofa as l type
Fluffy , love the cross stitch it's gorgeous!
@whydoesitalwayshappentome well done for doing the pancakes beforehand you are a good un, they take ages too
@WreckTangled l made a load and bought some too, just in case they scoff the lot and want some more
@EmrysAtticus that is very like my DD2 is doing but hers is shared equity she can staircase if she wants but she doesn't have to because she doesn't pay any rent on it so she is more than happy to leave it unless she wants to move it's a brilliant scheme, l see they are wanting to roll it out in England now too ideal for the youngsters .

My sister saw my Mum's cheque stubs and wanted to know who the 50 quid was for and Mum said R's birthday , R is my Mum's niece by her youngest brother , she has bgr all and l would say she is of slightly low intellect but she is a lovely kind girl . My sister went off on one.
'She's on benefits , l don't know anyone who is hard up on benefits, she has no business accepting that from you a pensioner, she had enough money to fly to Africa and marry that man' , she's married a black man she has been talking to for years on FB and yes he might just be after a UK passport, l really don't know and it just got worse from there . I posted the cheque/birthday card for my Mum, l feel it is her money, she isn't senile, far from it, if she feels happy doing that then fine by me. She has always been very charitable & given this niece Birthday and Christmas presents . If l thought Mum was being taken for granted l would try to stop it but it genuinely makes my Mum happy.

I had a vole run out in front of me just now and what I thought was a rabbit but it had a long tail. It was too big to be a rat so I'm going for chinchilla my sight isn't great in the dark 🤷🏽‍♀️

I've been at my friends. I spent £20 on an Indian for us both and mine was not very nice so now I regret spending the money.
