My mum got my 2.5yr old DD a letter to Santa kit. 99p - really cute and fun. Includes a wish list. Obviously I had to help my DD but she did tell me some things, the strangest of things being "hills" and "apples and bananas"

My 5 year old daughter wants a seagull and a moustache

sueelleker · 27/11/2019 08:42

I think I've seen moustache sets on a card in Poundland.

Red duck tape

My DD's birthday is the 20th December. When she was 3 we took her to see Santa and when he asked what she wanted for Christmas, she said 'my birthday' - it was cute at the time Grin

My daughter put a pack to tracing paper on her list when she was 8 , she didn't want anything else.

Feduppluckingmychinhairs · 27/11/2019 10:45

A coffee maker (which I suspect is for me Smile)

paap1975 · 27/11/2019 10:47

Reblochon cheese - not my child, someone else's

2yo DD is obsessed with her mate's dad and has asked for him for xmas/new year (when we do presents). Not quite sure how I'm going to sell that to DH Grin.

Buyitinbamboo · 27/11/2019 14:02

DD asked for yellow last year

Bogiesaremyonlyfriend · 27/11/2019 14:06

We had a wall and a ladder when dds were little. Last year dd2 wanted a toy tortoise with a hat on

LickYouLikeACrispPacket · 27/11/2019 14:07

Dd has added ‘lots of chocolate digestives’ to her list.
We are no strangers to a chocolate biscuit in this house so I’m not sure why she feels Santa should bring them. 🤣

My 7 year old has asked for an real electric working drill and truffle salami. He is getting both! Well the drill is more an electric screwdriver for safety!

Morporkia · 27/11/2019 14:14

Ham.

Peta11 · 27/11/2019 14:14

DD1 10, when she was 6 asked for a well but to be sent to Africa after seeing water aid advert.
DD2 7, this year wants a cushion made from brocoli because she loves it so much!

DS (aged 3) is obsessed with old cbeebies show Numberjacks and has decided DH is getting the Numbertaker (one of the bad guys) for his Christmas. I don't think DH is very happy about it cause the Numbertaker is fairly terrifying...

LemonPrism · 27/11/2019 14:25

DP asked for a roladex in the 90s... he was 8

Maxineputyourredshoeson · 27/11/2019 14:28

When DD1 was 3/4 she wanted a crocodile, a real one not a toy and a black skateboard.

blindmansbluff · 27/11/2019 14:30

A pasta poster.

Literally a poster with pictures of pasta on it Grin

peachgreen · 27/11/2019 14:30

DD only ever wants "yellow". Doesn't matter what it is, that's what she wants.

My niece asked for a "bouncy doll's house" and we have no idea what constitutes "bouncy".

PhilomenaButterfly · 27/11/2019 14:30

All the Godlies and 450,000,000 Robux. That's this year. 😭

SallyWD · 27/11/2019 14:39

When my daughter was about 3 she asked for a medium sized button for Christmas.

CoffeeChocolateWine · 27/11/2019 14:42

Going back a few years, but my DD, who was about 3 or 4 at the time, put at the top of her list ‘Dry Day Prickles’.

It took me AGES to work out what the hell dry day prickles were and it was my DS who cracked it in the end...she meant ‘Dried Apricots’. She’d watched a cartoon where a unicorn ate some and farted out rainbows so thought it might have the same effect on her! Grin
