What have you purchased today for Christmas?

Now that we're well on the way to Christmas I thought we could share what we've purchased in preparation for the big day!

I love writing down what I've bought to keep my mind organized and I also reading what everyone else has bought too for ideas and inspiration.

Today I've bought
Festive cutlery holders
Kids festive pyjamas
Personalised cheese board for my step dad
80 Xmas cards for the kids to give to their class mates
And I also found a festive decorated pouch of dog treats for our dog (doesn't go out of date until Feb 2020 either 😊)in my local supermarket this morning!

a couple of t-shirts with my niece's and nephew's favourite characters on (from character.com clearance section), and a hey duggee backpack from there also

I bought those Oodies - huge blanket crossed with a hoodie - for my daughter and sister who always complain of the cold. They are not that attractive but they’re for lounging in front of the TV.

A giant elastic for playing Elastics for my niece.

A skeleton onesie for 8yo DS.

Book if Christmas short stories for my friend.

I made cutlery stockings about 8 years ago in fabric to match our tablecloth, they're beautiful. I shall be making more for a friend this year.

A truck, fire station and trike thing for ds16 months. All in the sale. Spent about £35.00. Should have been about £80.00.

A mulled wine kit and a couple of books for gifts both from Costco

Not bought today, but arrived in the post today! Some presents for my two year old daughter.

A wooden threading game with cute gnome beads and some wooden food bits (biscuit tin, box of chocs and mini milk ice creams).

Nail polish (for DD ) and a battery op buffer (for me)

This is for her Advent so I need to plan ahead for that.

Waiting on a delivery coming this week for more things

A faux fur throw for eldest dd and a 'ring for wine' bell for dh lol

Christmas jumper and shower curtain, elf put one up last year and it went down very well.

And oh 2 tubs of heroes.

In the past week I’ve bought DD some clothes from the sales in Hush and Boden. I’ve also booked a holiday for January as a Christmas present for DH (and me ).
I’m harvesting damsons to make damson gin for friends, and I found a painting that I know DS1 will love.

Today I bought dungeons and dragons...then caved and gave it to the kids 😂🙈

I was inspired by this thread so have just purchased a Gin afternoon tea for my brother and sister-in-law

Oh actually I have ordered two poppy print scarves from amazon for £2.40 each but they’re for MIL birthday at the end of this month and my Great-Aunt in November.

Today I bought a book written by Tom Fletcher and its called The Christmasaurus. I'll be popping it into their 1st December box 😊
