Anyone just starting? I don't think I can do it alone!

Hi, I'm a fatty and can't stand the self conscious feeling anymore. I tried sw but it's not working for me so I've downloaded mfp.

I've got about 3 stone to lose and would love a chunk off by October. Though I know it will take longer to hit target...anyone else just starting? Or just need a bit of company along the way?

Hello could I join?

Been calorie counting since new year using the My Net Diary app and have lost 3kg (6 pounds) so far.

Doesn't sound like much but my jeans are easier to get into and I feel less bloated and lighter then normal.

I lost 17 pounds last year (I wasn't really sticking to the diet though)

I have another 9kg (20 pounds) to loose before I am in the healthy weight category.

So to clarify, I was 43 pounds overweight but I have lost 23 pounds since last September and want to loose 20 more by summer time.

Hello NiceNewSlippers Smile you sound like you are doing well.

I am back into this whole weight loss thing, I'm determined to be good and try and lose it! I lost half a pound this week which is better than nothing, I wish there hadn't been biscuits at work yesterday though........

I got a Fitbit for Christmas and I am finding that it keeps me really motivated. I've started doing the 30 day shred again which is tough, but I feel better for doing it.

I'm off to find something nice and low calorie to have for lunch, and to try very hard not to pick at DS's left overs Blush

So I weighed myself today and I have lost 2ib woohoo! I can do this!

We are going away for a week on Saturday so I am desperately trying to be good between now and when we go, as long as I don't put any back on and just stay same I will be happy, I think any weight loss on holiday is a big big bonus!

Anyone still going on this?

I've failed so many times since jan and would really like to get my butt in gear.

I'm planning on 2 meal replacement shakes and a weight watchers meal with a bag of steamed veg every day. Would put me at a max of 850ish which is very low but I need a drastic start as on a time limit, from June I will up to 11/1200 and eat fresher meals instead of packets.

That's my plan I just need to make it stick.

I'm still going, had some tough times at home but have knuckles down now :)

Well I'm only on day 1 but it's going well so far which I'm chuffed with!
